Creamsky was taking shelter in the shade, head resting on his paws as he stared out at the dappled shadows that danced with the gentle breezes that swayed the branches high above. It was a quiet evening and he was thankful for it, enjoying the peace and quiet as his Clanmates milled around. Every once in a while his gaze would flicker up as one crossed the clearing near him, but his gaze almost always fell onto the shifting shadows... Fighting the kit-ish urge to leap to his paws and bat at the rays of light that illuminated the clearing.
Mistykit had no such restraint. She was a kit, after all, though not for much longer. Her erratic, spastic dance with the shadows was abruptly halted when she nearly fell on top of a resting warrior. “Oh, sorry!” she mewed. “I’m Mistykit, who are you?”

Creamsky's gaze fell onto Mistykit as the young kit started to play in the dappled sunbeams, watching as she bounded around the camp...Before she came dangerously close to leaping straight into him. He tilted away from her as she managed to stop herself, but there was a gentle expression on his face. "Its fine," he hummed with a flicker of his tail. "Its nice to meet you, Mistykit. I'm Creamsky," he offered his name in return, resting his chin on his front paws. "Enjoying the sunbeams?"

turbulence won’t stop us
Lightningbreeze had been wandering through the lower branches of the trees that surrounded SkyClan's camp, dropping herself unceremoniously next to Creamsky--and, less expectedly, one of the kits she'd seen around the nursery. "Heya, Creamsky," she greeted, lightly thwacking her oldest friend with her tail as she flopped onto the ground next to him, completely abandoning any and all sense of personal space in the process. "Who's your new friend?"
She paused for a moment as her attention turned entirely to the kit, blinking slowly; then she offered a grin. "Hi! I'm Lightningbreeze," she introduced herself.

Mistykit’s entire body bristled as she jumped into the air. “I thought you were a hawk or something!” she yelped. “I’m Mistykit, nice to meet you! My parents are Lighttail and Stoatclaw, who’s your family?”

Creamsky barely blinked as Lightningbreeze suddenly dropped next to him - well aware of her odd behaviors and fondness to drop in unannounced...Thought rarely as literally as she did just then. As she laid next to him, gently whacking him with her tail, he gave a playful bat at her side before he rolled so that they were pressing into each other. Mistykit however, was taken aback by his friends' sudden apperance as he gave her a small sheepish smile. "Fear not, Lightningbreeze is nothing like a hawk - her failed attempts to fly being proof enough," he teased, remembering the chaotic situations of trying to reign her in as she tried to come up with ways to fly - including trying to steal the feathers from a living hawk that they had to fight off together.
However, as Mistykit introduced herself and named her parents, his smile faltered at she questioned about their family. It had... Been quite a while since Creamsky had put any thoughts towards his mother, his expression darkening slightly as he glanced away. "I...Don't know who my father is, but my mother... Was a warrior named Blackbear. She..." He grimaced, pressing himself even more into Lightningbreeze as he recalled the memories - of his last conversation with her, thinking her question if he would leave the Clans with her as a test... Until the next morning, she was... "She left moons ago." There was more to it - why she had left, the fact that Crookedlight - the very cat she had been in search of - came back without her and that even now, they didn't know... But he didn't want to speak of it. He didn't want to dwell on it, the way it made his heart ache. The idea that the cat that meant the most to him had just...Disappeared.
