Hemlockfox trotted out of the camp with Thistlepaw in tow, his fluffy tail flicking to and fro. There were so many apprentices now that these trips to the Moonstone felt like a nightly occurrence. Even SkyClan had never experienced such a massive influx of kits before...at least...not while he'd been alive. And sure, it was great and all that the moor-loving clan had plenty of new cats to bolster their ranks, but it sure did mean a lot of extra work for him. Plenty of sprained paws to tend to, thorns to remove, and scrapes to patch up. It ate away at his herb supplies, but that wasn't nearly as bad as wasting his nights hauling apprentice after apprentice to highstones.  

With a glance down at the gray tom, Hemlockfox snorted and turned towards the great mountains in the distance. At least it would go by fast. It'd be faster if he was guiding another apprentice like Larchpaw, though. Well...Larchbreeze now. He'd been an interesting cat - nowhere near as dull or silent as most of these WindClanners. Maybe Thistlepaw was the same? He was Tigerstar's kit, after all. There must be something special about him. "Training going well?"
