Nectarflower

Gender: Female
Rank: T4 Warrior

Nectarflower scanned the camp for several long moments, her green eyes bright. As one of the less sick cats in the clan, it seemed to fall upon her and a select few to get most of the hunting done. It wasn't horrible, since many seemed able to push through the illness, but it was a tad rough hunting on a new territory with less able-bodied warriors than usual. And since no cat was supposed to leave the makeshift camp alone, she needed to find a cat to partner up with - preferably someone who wasn't too ill. She'd started to get close with Kestrelchirp, but with him so sick, and her busier than ever, they'd begun to drift.

After a moment, her gaze landed on Eaglefly, Kestrelchirp's brother, and she smiled. He wasn't terribly sick, from what she could recall - no worse off than she was, anyway. "Eaglefly!" She called. "Join me for a hunt?" The tail end of her question petered off uncertainly, and she tried to cover it up with a warm smile. It was hard to act okay when everything seemed to be falling apart around them, but she had to try. If nothing else than for Eveningpaw.

Tail twitching, the tortoiseshell she-cat padded closer to Eaglefly and lowered her voice - no need to scream at him from across the camp. "I was thinking that a little exercise might help clear out lungs." She meowed gently. "Besides, I'm sure our clanmates would appreciate a warm meal." That is, if they could manage to catch anything. Stars, she'd be happy with even a scrawny lizard.
