Posting the sickness of our family in one spot so you all can see it for the fam topic:  Thanks to badger on that spreadsheet!

Lavendercloud rolled a 3 so is moderate sick
Molepaw is healthy
Fuzz is healthy
Daisy is super sick (the worst roll category)
Berry is super sick too apprently
Also, I just sorta guessing on your characters severity of sickness but using the rolls as a rough guide.
))

Lavendercloud was exhausted.  She sniffled and sat up slowly in her nest.  Her cough had not gotten any better but so far it had not been coughing up blood as some of her clanmates had been.  When she first saw that Daisypaw had the super bad case of the sickness it had nearly broken her heart.

She was pretty sure that the really bad version of the sickness included coughing up blood and the thought that her kit would have to suffer like that made her more dizzy than she already was.

Pulling herself to her paws she coughed a lot as she moved over to check on her sick family.  Luckily, to her knowledge Molepaw had stayed healthy which she was very grateful for.

Fuzz also was healthy and she was relying on him a lot lately to get them through this.  Stars knew she was too sick to hunt right now and Berrypaw as sweet as she was too young to hunt and Lavendercloud also did not like the idea of Berrypaw out hunting alone.  She sometimes seemed a bit zoned out.  She loved her kit a lot but zoning out could be very bad if predator came along.

"Fuzz??" she whimpered out calling for her mate as she looked over Daisypaw.  She brushed a paw over daisypaws forehead... "she still has a fever" lavendercloud meowed weakly almost to herself but fuzz might overhear it as well.

"Fuzz have you seen molepaw?? she coughed a bit and rolled her eyes annoyed "is he out digging holes again?? can you get him in he will catch cold out there"

"And, do you think you can get some water for daisy berry and I?"

She slumped back down low into her nest feeling all sorts of exhausted and curled up near Daisypaw and Berrypaw hoping that they could get well soon

Daisypaw hacked up a wheezing cough and turned away from the rest of her family so she didn’t cough on them. She curled in on herself near the corner of the nest as she stubbornly gasped for air, eyes shut tight against the burning scrape of air down her throat. The fit passed, and she lifted her head, eyeing the pale pink froth spattered against the perfect white of her paws. She rolled back over onto her chest, tucking her offending paws away under the unblemished white of her chest. The bi-colored she-cat blinked the gunk from her eyes, their amber shine watery and dull, trying to see past the blurry haze that descended on her vision.

She shifted a bit as Lavendercloud sat up, finally able to get a grip on where she was. She leaned against her mother, purring weakly in an attempt to dispel the worry in her voice. “I know I still have a fever, I’ll live.” She gently headbutted the queen’s side, taking some comfort from the familiar softness of her pelt. “I’m sorry I can’t do more for Berrypaw.” She mewed, exhaustion and grief weighing heavily across her shoulders. She would pray to every star she could see if it meant her sister pulled through this, that all of her Clanmates pulled through this. She huddled against Lavendercloud, fever chills racing down her spine.

Berrypaw had insisted on going out to hunt despite how tired she was. The apprentice stumbled towards her mother and sister, a scrawny mouse clamped in her jaws. The apprentice's eyes were screwed shut, simple because she was too scared to see the world swim before her very eyes. She did not know why it did what it did, nor did she understand why breathing had suddenly become so hard and why her legs no longer seemed able to support her, but she knew that whatever it was it affected her family too. And if her family needed food, she would have to get them food. Berrypaw stumbled forward, swaying as she stood before Lavendetcloud before dropping the pathetic piece at her mother's paws. She pushed it towards the queen, then went to nuzzle Daisypaw. Something was troubling her sister, though she didnt know what. Berrypaw's nose was coated in a layer of dried blood, and her eyes oozed tears constantly. Everything hurt so bad. The cream she-cat felt her legs collapse under her, and she let out a whimper before crawling towards her family and snuggling into the horribly hot mess of bodies.
