Blue.paw in camp

Bluepaw padded sleepily out of the apprentices den and streched.The sun gleemed on her fur,making it look like blue fire.She sat there,grateful for the warmth of the sun.It was another leaf-fall morning and the camp was busy.What a beautiful morning.Bluepaw thought to herself.She padded over to the fresh-kill and chose a plump rabbit for the elders.When she got back to the fresh-kill pile,she chose the skinniest piece of prey,a mouse hardly a half of a mouthful.Out of all the plump,juicy fresh-kill on the pile,that is what Bluepaw chose.She chose a small sunny spot and sat there.She looked at her mouse.The clan comes first.Bluepaw thought to herself.She took a few nibbles of her mouse and looked around the camp.Life is good.

Lightningshock had decided to do some early hunting, seeing that the clan was low on fresh kill. He brought his prey and dropped it on the pile, "Hello Bluepaw" He said

"Hi brother!"Bluepaw called.She left her scrawny mouse behind for a moment,hoping Lightningshock wouldn't see it,and nuzzled her brother.

Beechpaw came out of the den. She took prey to the elders, came back, and chose a plump, juicy chaffinch. "Hello!" she mewed.

"Beech!"Bluepaw meowed to her sister.She went over and licked her head.
