meeting of clanmates (spar practice)

sorry for the generic title topic.. they so hard to think of

Sprucebark approached a clanmate he hadnt interreacted much with. He gave a formal and polite wave and purr. "Greetings! Wanna go for a spar practice?" he offered casually

Harebounce lifted her head toward the approaching tom, breaking out into a welcoming, toothy smile at his suggestion. "That sounds great! Lead the way, Sprucebark." She didn't know all that much about him or the rest of Poppyshine's kits, despite having watched them grow up alongside her own children, and indeed training their late sister Olivepaw. Perhaps this would be a good opportunity to better know him.

Sprucebark was a very orderly and rule oriented fellow. Polite, and always on time was common for him and today was no exception. He dipped his head very formal like and led the way as requested over to the place that practice spars were carried out.


He gave a nod and flicked his tail at himself "alright then... come at me" he challanged.

As polite as he was, sparring had to be as real as possible in order to prepare them all for defending their clan, so there would be no going easy on anyone. He figured since he was a senior warrior it was his job to ensure of that.

Harebounce spent a moment sizing up her opponent, making any number of unknowable judgements about the tom's stance, his facial expression and whatnot. She stretched with her claws raking through the mud and her muscles trembling. Perhaps it was a lucky thing that she didn't know how her Clanmates tended to fight; it meant RiverClan had been blessed with peace for a long time. She was aware of her own advantages of course in that her hare pelt made her movements that little bit more difficult to read. Having come to a decision, her fluffy tail twitched moments before she launched  herself at him in a surprise leaping attack.

Harebounce used Jumping Strike on Sprucebark! It dealt 11 (8 + 3) damage and used 7 stamina.
