Cyan The combo of blue and green

Bluekit awoke with a tiny meow as he rolled around in the soft moss nest of the nursery bedding.

He glanced around this way and that looking for his sister greenkit to play with.

"Greenkit?" he called for her.

Bluekit ran over to her and grinned looking into his sisters mismatching eye color.

His blue eyes glistened all happy to have found her. "come on sis let's do something!" he meowed excited gently nudging at her side with his nose wanting to get her out of bed too.

"theres alot of new kits we can meet. Have you met any of them yet? I can hardly keep the names all straight" he admitted. He was super curious if his sister had gotten to know any of them, maybe they could all hang out at some point in future

"Our names aren't hard." Chirped a meek voice, although obviously more tonally unconfrontational than anything else. Crocuskit was peeking over from her moss nest, her father, Hank, out on a hunt or something. It was hard feeding all of them, even if they were all still new to the world, the nursing queen that was feeding them could hardly keep up with the demand of just her direct siblings so moving onto solids fast was the best solution to their problems. Crocuskit stumbled to her large paws, still unsteady in her body as she plodded over to the other kits, both very plainly named, she thought so anyways.

It never really clicked in until now how big she was to the other kits, the ones that at least weren't her siblings, or Sleet and Aurelia's kittens. They were... older than her weren't they? She thought they were but maybe they were just small? The warriors were bigger than her but they didn't really put into perspective for her how small they were. Dad had made them aware that they wouldn't exactly be like some of her clanmates, and it just seemed more prevalent now.

"Uh- My name is Crocuskit. And you're... Bluekit and Greenkit?" She meowed hesitantly, uncertain in her answers.

Bluekit waved at the new big kit that came over he didnt say it out loud but Crocuskit was certainly a hard name from his point of view.

Besides, from the size of the rather timid sounding voice it should be crocuspaw, how did those kits end up so big anyways?

Turning to his sister he srugged, it looked like she didnt have any grand ideas either of how to keep themselves entertained.

"ugh, yeah no kidding, being a kit is boring! I cant wait to be an apprentice either.


What do you think ... Crocuskit? whats the first thing you will do when you become an apprentice, I'm gonna request lots of battle training so I can fight off a badger! he growled swiping at the empty air in front of himself

Crocuskit swiftly became uncomfortable at the attention, more so when the topic of apprenticehood and battle training came up. It wasn't that Crocus didn't want to be an apprentice or learn how to fight, but she found herself becoming apprehensive at the thought of training with her clanmates. She was well aware of her size unlike most of her siblings, and how easily they could be hurt by her. "I think I'd like to learn how to fight, so I can protect Thunderclan." Crocus mewed, looking away as she admitted it. She however opted out of saying that she wanted to look really cool doing it. She daydreamed often about saving her clanmates and doing heroic acts like saving and rescuing in the nick of time.
