Little Violets >closed<

Littlepaw stared off in boredom as she didnt know what to do. Everyone was busy doing duties which left littlepaw to do nothing. Just then littlepaw got the idea of a spar. Maybe one of the apprentices wanted a little fight. And so with that thought, she padded into the den looking for anybody to fight. "Anyone want to spar?!" she called out into the den.

Violetpaw's head bobbed up from her nest at the sound of Littlepaw's voice. She had just started to wake from her nap and was ready to go and do something productive, so replied. "Yeah, I'll come Littlepaw! Just give me a second." Slightly unsteady, she got to her feet, shaking the last scraps of moss from her soft pelt. Soon, however, sleep was gone from her mind as she picked her way through the den, trying to avoid others' nests. "I reckon we should go into the forest - don't want to get in anyone's way."  Two scuffling apprentices was the last thing this busy camp needed.

Littlepaw nodded and padded out of camp to find a nice clearing. When the clearing was spotted littlepaw got into a fighting stance with a huge smile. "Ill definitely beat you! she mewed before Attacking with her sheathed paw.

Violetpaw readied herself for the spar, replying to Littlepaw's words. "We'll definitely see about that." Yes they would see because fighting was not always her strong suit, but this would be a good chance to improve her skills. She took the blow as the other apprentice started the fight, and immediately had to think about how she would respond. Taking a chance, she leapt at Littlepaw, attempting to use her size to pin the other apprentice. It was a move she didn't tend to use against Graywind, knowing the warrior's strength, but wanted to see if it would work against Littlepaw, even though the other apprentice was slightly larger.

Violetpaw used Leap and Hold for 15 sp, dealing 6 damage. Pin is effective for 2 turns

Littlepaw squirmed underneath violetpaw trying with all her might to get free. "Let me gooo!" she mewed trying still to wiggle out of the pin to no avail. She hated being pinned as it was always so hard to get out of.

Initially, Violetpaw was proud that she seemed to have the upper hand, but after Littlepaw's complaint, the apprentice's grip relaxed and she draw back. "I'm sorry!" She said, instantly mentally stamping on her tail for apologising during a fight again. Despite her stupid decision, she still felt like she doing alright in the spar, or maybe that was what she was telling herself to cope with her own foolishness.

Violetpaw ended her pin and did not attack.

Littlepaw looked at violetpaw in confusion. "Are we done? If so you definitely won." she mewed also stoping.

Violetpaw didn't intend her drawback to be the end of the spar, but feeling the pain in her side from Littlepaw's attempted escape during their spar, she nodded in agreement. "I feel like it was pretty equal, but I'm okay with stopping now." If the other apprentice had taken her stupid (and if it happened again in the future, possible fatal) mistake as a signal for something else, the apprentice wasn't going to complain.
