Stormwatcher groaned a bit sore... his back was killing him right now. He did all sorts of stretches to try and get it unmessed up but it was not happy right now and it was reminding him of that with every step.

Reluctantly he went over to the med den. Peaking his head inside he saw Smokestep there.

"Hey morning Smokestep" he purred.

(.. It was mid afternoon... he only said morning cause he had just woken up)

He rubbed at his back muttering under his breath.

"uhh so how does this work exactly? Do you have like a magical plant I can eat to make my back stop hurting?" he asked tilting his head to the side.
