Sharing Tongues (Closed)

Rookfire stepped into ShadowClan's medicine den to visit his friend Burdockroot. He wasn't hurt or anything - and even if he was, he would probably be able to treat himself if need be - but he wanted to talk with the ShadowClan medicine cat today. He liked spending time with her, and he wanted to just have a friendly conversation. Making his way past the still-recovering Stoatclaw, he greeted her with a smile. "Hey, Burdock! How's it going?" Hopefully, they could just have a relaxing conversation to de-stress, even if it would only last for the night.

Burdockroot nearly jumped with the sudden cheerfulness in her den before turning around and facing Rookfire. Burdockroot knew he was a medicine cat at one point, but reverted back to warrior. Something inside her wouldn't let her do the same. Flicking her ear, she turned to face the warrior. "I'm alright, I suppose. My den is finally in order." She wasn't really alright, but this fact was lock guarded deep away from her eyes. When was she ever alright, anyway? Since she was a kit she had been off, Iceheart basically said so. "How is the rest of the territory?" Small talk, it was difficult for her but she was trying even harder now.
