Mental health day (open)

Batsong sat in her den thinking to herself. Over the past moons or so: many of her warriors had been hurt in brutal ways. Weather by dogs that invaded the camp, monsters, shadowclan, porcupines and many more too.


Her poor warriors were just getting no breaks it felt like and therefore neither were her and birchgaze who had been working lots to keep their loved clan safe from all the trouble they kept getting into.


As much as she had tried to keep them all safe physically, she also realized that maybe being a med cat also meant that she should try and help them take care mentally as well as that was just as important and sometimes overlooked unfairly.

She thought about for awhile what that might be and thought that maybe she finally settled on one she liked.


She went out to the clearing and called for anyone who might be interested:

“H-hey we are gonna h-have a relax s-session to try and ease some of the stress that w-we might all be having she explained

“Anyone interested c-can join. It’s gonna b-be some stretching and quiet meditation to reflect and t-then if you want to you can share things with your c-clanmates either in the g-group or in a smaller setting too if you w-want

She had no idea if anyone would even want to do this but it was worth a try perhaps
