syncopated beat [open ; snow!]

He had never seen snow before... being born only numerous moons ago and all. He had heard of it, of course, heard some cats say they liked it but a majority said they hated the white substance. Detested how the cold nipped at their paws and how it was a sign that leaf-bare was nearly among them or even starting. It didn't sound fun leaf-bare, but if this is what they meant by snow... they were really being kits about it. This was nothing! How could this bother a cat? It was a tad cold on the pads of his paws, but not that cold. He wished Dawnfeather was there with him, to experience the snow. He knew she would play with him. But it was a good distraction, this white fluff.

Kit snorted as he stepped through the snow within Fourtrees curiously, watching as his paws made imprints in it- and how it easily melted away when he placed a warm paw on it.

If only Kit knew, it got much worse than this.

Eventually, he grew bored of the snow though... until he recalled a story his biological mother told him about as a child. Cats throwing snow at each other. For fun.

There's a mischievous glimmer in his eye, and he does his best to non-suspiciously pact some snow up. It wasn't really... packy at all, it wouldn't stick together and there was hardly any snow to begin with. It was safe to say his snow"ball" was looking rather pathetic, but that wasn't going to stop him from going through with his plan.  


To the first cat who walks in front of him, Kit attempted to throw the snow at them, beginning to laugh whether he hits them or not.
