hes a fun character to write but he needs some development. open to any ideas
i was thinking that he either really starts to care for a Clan cat (either platonic or romantic) and has to admit to himself that he actually cares + deal with the repercussions of that OR he finds a kit(s) (possibly ex-Clan??) and, after initially just planning to give them to Twolegs realizes he’s a bit more attached than he thought???
open to any ideas. he needs to care about someone. make him go against his ideals

I’m hoping he doesn’t get stretched between Clans like Dawn does so I’m giving it a few days before I decide firmly one way or another who he will befriend… though I’m leaning towards SkC + Bird atm, mainly b/c of Shrike’s stern outsiders policy + I might have a Russet kit at some point in WC and having 3 cats in one Clan is a bit excessive *glances pointedly at kj*
also because russet would murder him if he was taking Silverwing’s attention and I don’t think that’s the direction I want her to take lol

Astraeus is at the farm, right? He should run into Dayquill sometime soon before they both leave. I'm sure seeing a cat that looks just like his dad won't freak him out at all.
