Rosekit Rosekit was bored. And when she was bored, that meant she had to do something to get un-bored. And if it didn't get a good enough reaction, then she remained bored, so the warriors were not going to like it.
Even still, Rosekit's mind went swirling.
Her eyes were gazing around the camp. It seemed pretty active. Her plan this time was very simple, but just as effective. Oh the chaos it would cause. She took a deep breath, standing in the middle of camp, and yelled as loud as her lungs were able to.
"FIRE!!!!!" And she let the show begin, laughing at every moment. She could hardly even breathe, she was cackling so hard, as cats calmed down, shooting glares at the kit. Oh, how awesome that was! The looks on the Clan's faces were priceless! Oh, she should do those simple pranks more often!

Mistyfalcon had been born shortly after a real fire had swept through part of the forest, and his daughter's call made his fur bristle, dark eyes quickly scanning over camp... Until he heard her raucous laughter. The thin, graying tom whipped around, stalking toward his daughter with an exasperated sigh. "Rosekit," His tone was heavy with disapproval, though he knew that she must be bored out of her mind with still not being made an apprentice while her siblings were well into their training. "That's enough. Warriors have more important things to do than to be constantly looking over their shoulders in a panic every time you speak. Come here." He sighed. How best to go about this...
"You ever hear of the cat who cried dog?" He asked after a moment, blue eyes watching her.

Rosekit grumbled as her father called her over to him. "Well no cat ever wants to have fun! It's not fair! You're too old and boring, and every cat is always busy! I wish Fawnpatch was still here! She was way more fun than you and Papa! Even grumpy cat was better than you two, but she's not here! It's just you with your lazy tail sleeping all day!"
Then Mistyfalcon said something, and Rosekit's eyes immediately lit up.
"No, I haven't heard that one, but that is a great idea! EVERYONE! THERE ARE DOGS! RUN!!"
And so Rosekit began to run around, being the kit that cried dog.

"Who are you calling old, kit?" Mistyfalcon had been amused... Right up until she mentioned wishing Fawnstep was there. "Fawnstep wasn't a clanmate and wasn't a friend." Stars... Had any of his other kits been as frustrating? No. And even Nightstalker's mentor was better than Fawnstep.
...Of course, of course Rosekit would find a way to try and cause more mischief. She'd better hope that she never met a real dog one day. "Keep at it, then. Nobody will listen to you when there's a real problem." He told her, lifting a carefully sheathed paw (though keeping his claws sheathed was beginning to become difficult... Couldn't imagine why) and aimed a swat at Rosekit's ear.
