as the title suggests, it’s That Time of Year, and my family is doing some sorely needed renovations and repairs on our house (including ripping up carpeting that’s older than i am). on top of that, we need to clean out the place before any of this can actually happen. so from now to around the end of May, i’ll be less active somehow. i won’t be able to take on apprentices, plot roles, or anything urgent during this time, and i’ll try to keep an eye on the number of topics i join so i don’t fall too far behind. i’ll still be open to answering questions and planning topics/interactions via PMs/Discord, though!

as for what my cats will be doing offscreen: emberleap and flywhisker will continue their clan duties as usual (ember privately mourning murkystar and even more privately waiting for a miracle; fly keeping one eye on the starless skies and the other on their kits, especially(?) the fully-named ones), while athena will continue to camp out at highstones, preparing to venture into the forest once the weather stabilizes
