Spar With Me

Swiftheart was frustrated that her attack was so easily parried but quickly recovered from the counter. With no warning at all she leaped at Murkystar again and hit out with her front paws for a strike.

Swiftheart used Front paw strike.  Costing 7 sp and dealing 8 (+1) dmg

Though her attack didn't seem to phase Murkystar too much, Grasspaw was undeterred. She bounced backwards and then circled around, looking for another opening. When Swiftheart sprang forward, Grasspaw took the opportunity to dart in too, landing on the leader's fluffy tail and trapping it beneath her. She gave it a good nibble, just for good measure, but was careful not to draw blood. "Don't worry, I got 'er!"

Grasspaw used Snape on Murkystar, dealing 6+1 damage and costing 7 SP!

Murkystar hissed as teeth met her tail, regretting her decision to take on two cats at once. Even in a spar, teeth to the tail still stung! Perhaps she could use something similar to her advantage. As Swiftheart landed after lashing out at her, the leader retaliated, firmly smacking her shoulder with a sheathed paw. She would wait for the perfect opportunity.

Murkystar used Front Paw Strike, dealing 10 base (+2 Star Striker, +1 Night Finesse) damage and costing 7 SP.

Swiftheart decided to take a risk and go big or go home. Seeing an opening after Grasspaw landed a hit she grinned, hmm now in a real battle she probably would play this safer but... spars were meant to kinda test new things out right?? Better to find out what not to do in a spar than real fight she figured.... well even if this worked she should robably tell grasspaw after the fight not to do this in a real one... unless really desperate.


Going low she attempted to get under her mother going for the softer belly target.

It worked! and very effective too. She got several good strikes in but was also very careful nto to actually cause serious wounds.  However in a real battle that would be very bad to ahve let that happen.
