The owl quickly fell to their claws, and Mistyfalcon glanced over Swiftheart and Shypaw, relieved by the former indicating that they were okay. She had some small cuts, but nothing that wouldn't heal, thankfully, and once she'd trotted off in search of prey, Mistyfalcon turned to do the same. He spotted a scrawny-looking mouse and quietly slid into a crouch, making his way toward it. The crinkling noise of some sort of twoleg trash being stepped on made the mouse glance up and quickly dart away, and Mistyfalcon sighed quietly to himself. It wasn't Swiftheart's fault, luck, it seemed, wasn't on their side today.

Murkystar purred, thanking StarClan that her daughter was largely uninjured. As the others spread back out to continue hunting, she set off in a separate direction, her gaze locked onto a bird. She lowered herself, the shadows of the night disguising her pelt as she silently approached, and with a leap she landed on the bird, taking it with a swift bite to the neck. She buried it carefully, sending another thanks to StarClan before continuing.
