where is this paradise?

Reedkit ran around the forest, awed by every color he saw. the reds of the poppies and the blue berries hanging from the bushes. green stalks of grass brushed against his fur. it had not yet occurred to the tom that something wrong had happened. what could be wrong about this beautiful world of colors unlike any he had seen before? unlike the white camp and its many shades of brown and grey? except that little flash of ginger right before he came here. it was a creature, with a long beautiful muzzle and fierce amber eyes. reedkit suddenly bumped into a cat, and after regaining balance, he gasped out a quick, "I'm sorry!" there were other cats here? so this wasn't a dream? "Where am I?"
