Tom, She-Cat, or Nonbinary: tom
Appearance: dark brown tabby with pale belly and paws
Personality: reedkit is understanding and kind, always willing to do anything if it benefits his clan. he is the type to observe the situation and have a plan A, B and C before doing anything. he puts all the blame on himself and overworry, sometimes needing a good smack on the head to get back to his senses.
Clan: thunderclan (I'm sorry about the error)
Origins: not sure how this works as im new, but i think you can just fill in whatever names you like as long as they are NPCs and belong in the same clan, so his mother will be dewleaf and his father chiveclaw, both being NPCs. please correct me if im wrong.

Your title says Thunderclan, but in the post itself you mention Windclan. Not sure which you intend for the character to belong to, but once that's edited I can approve him.
And yes, the origin section is correct, you can name a pair of npcs, or you can have parents that are roleplayed on-site if there's an open litter.
