Frogpaw was steadily becoming more and more confident with hunting and fighting. Misty falcon was a great mentor for her. He was patient and never became frustrated at her hesitation, instead helping her to build the skills necessary to become confident. Although she was still very shy, she no longer fidgeted nervously when she was asked to hunt or fight.

Right now the black and white she-cat was out hunting by herself. Mistyfalcon had allowed her to stray to the other side of the territory alone as long as she met him back at camp before sundown.

Mistlebright had just received Dappledpaw as an apprentice, and although they hadn't started training just yet, it had made her a little more aware of the apprentices of the clan, especially those she hadn't had a chance to properly meet yet. It was really her own fault, as, even though she was happy to talk, she rarely initiated the conversation, perfectly happy alone with her thoughts. After all, she had enjoyed hunting with Duskpaw (Duskflight now) and knew that close friendships within a clan would only help strengthen it.

At the moment, she was following an apprentice a few fox-lengths away, after being told to keep an eye out for her. Frogpaw wasn't necessarily supposed to out alone, but had been granted permission. Mistlebright was also planning to hunt by herself, but was asked to stay near enough to notice danger.

However, now she thought about it, she would much rather hunt with another cat than lurk in the shadows. Quickly checking that the black and white she-cat wasn't in danger of losing prey, the warrior padded towards her. "Hello, you're Frogpaw right? Mind if I hunt with you?"
