A Notice: Mosspelt

Hey everyone!

As I'm sure many of you have noticed, my activity has slowed considerably. I've been struggling to post in what time I have, but admin duties also take priority when I am able to get on, which usually takes up most of the time I have to post. To keep this short and simple - I'm currently working two jobs. In both, we have people out for various reasons. So on top of working two jobs, I'm also having to pick up work for my coworkers in both places, which is burning me out and taking up almost all of my free time between overtime and being so exhausted I walk in the house and fall asleep as soon as I get to the bed. Pair that with trying to devote what little remaining time I have to my son who just started 1st grade... Well, I'm sure you guys get the idea. I'm still checking ceremony requests daily, and doing all I can to keep the mentors list and ranks updated for ShadowClan, but please understand that my priorities are currently as listed below:

1. Apprentice Ceremonies
2. Creation Approval
3. Admin Duties
4. Updating Allegiances/Mentor and Apprentice List/Ranks/etc.
5. Responding to Topics

Please know that I'm doing the very best I can with what time I have, and hopefully I will get the support and help I need at both jobs to go back to a more normal (and less hectic) schedule, allowing me to return to my normal posting. I will keep you all updated!

Update: My boss and another of my coworkers is now out, one until at least after Thanksgiving, and the other pending test results. I'm having to cover for both of them now as well. I'm going to keep doing the best I can, and will keep you all up to date on what I'm able to do. For now, my priorities will remain the same - and I'll do my best for everything else.

Update 9/27: Hey everyone! So my two coworkers are still off, and I'm having to continue to cover for them. My one coworker won't be back until at least after Thanksgiving, the other one it's looking like it'll be the beginning of next year before they're back. My boss should be back next Monday, so that will be some relief. Some good news though - I have left my second part time job. Of course, the free time from doing so is mitigated heavily by the overtime I'm working at my full-time job, but it is a little bit of extra time. That being said, I should be able to have some more time to post in the evenings. I'm still working out the balancing act, but there is hope on the horizon. As of right now my priorities remain the same as above, but as I settle back in I'll be able to turn my focus to other areas as well. In the meantime, as always, if you have any questions please let me know. I won't be the fastest to respond, but I will get to it as soon as I possibly can. Thank you all so much for your understanding and patience.

Update 10/1: Alright guys, so after a lot of thinking I have come to a decision on some things. In order to better focus my attention on the site, I am making some cuts to my roster. You guys have already seen Mossbloom's death, but there will be one more character I will be cutting from my current roster, despite my grief and unwillingness to let go. I think that, while an unwanted change, it is a necessary one to be able to better devote what time I currently have to my remaining characters. With that said, things are still hectic at work, but I hope that between leaving my second job and cutting down on my active characters I will be able to better participate in topics. I really appreciate all of your continued patience, and I hope that these updates have helped to clarify what I'm seeing and experiencing and giving you all an idea of what to expect. My priorities of course remain the same, but fingers crossed that these changes lessen the load and give me the opportunity to participate in more topics! In Love Hamu
