Hello, Again (closed)

Streamtail dropped her last, two pieces of fresh-kill into the pile, before looking around as warriors, apprentices and kits alike milled around in the RiverClan camp. The warrior's den had been stuffed full of SkyClan and RiverClan cats, but she didn't mind. The SkyClan cats needed help, so she would help them. Turning around to head out towards RiverClan territory, the blue-grey she -cat accidentally collided with another, larger cat. "Oh! I'm so sorry, I was just going to go out to hunt--Bloodstrike?" Shaking her head in bewilderment as the she-cat spotted the familiar, pointed tabby pelt, her eyes softened a bit when she saw her friend. "I haven't seen you in moons, are you okay?"

Bloodstrike himself was carrying back two birds in his mouth. As much as he disliked the Riverclan food, all those slimy weird creatures, he made a point to catch some of their food as well. He had been pulling double shifts with his hunting and border patrols, showing Riverclan that, one, Bloodstrike himself was to be respected and two, that Skyclan was as strong as it ever was. The latter had been hard to prove however, as his leader had barely done anything since he came back.

Bloodstrike spotted Streamtail before she knew he was there and he had been about to drop off his kills next to her's before she collided into him. It staggered him sideways a step, but it wasn't anything that he couldn't handle. He chuckled at her surprise and dropped the birds into the fresh-kill pile.

"I'm fine Streamtail. It's good to see you again." He gave her a light bonk on the head with his own in a friendly greeting. "Pulled anymore cats into the river with your tail lately?" He asked her jokingly.

Streamtail nodded at Bloodstrike as he confirmed that everything was good. "I was worried about your Clan...that fire looked like it had consumed half the forest!" When Bloodstrike asked her if she had pulled anyone in the river with her tail again, Streamtail chuckled lightly. "I haven't done that to anyone except to you and--Applefang." Choking on the last word slightly before swallowing hard, the blue-grey she cat forced a smile onto her maw, but her emerald eyes were tinged with grief. "How's your plan going? Made friends with every single cat in the forest yet?" Streamtail asked jokingly.
