Talking with My Friend

Mudpuddle woke up in the warriors den, "Burnsorrow do you want to go to the River with me" he meowed?

Burnsorrow was curled up and asleep. He slowly blinked. "Wh-a-t? Oh, sure." He said creakily.

"Than lets go" Mudpuddle replied and they set off.

Burnsorrow bounced up and ran for Mudpuddle. As they were walking by the river, Burnsorrow stopped and found a mini-waterfall on a little rock pile. "Rocks." He said. "Rocks mean the water is fresh, and safe to drink." Burnsorrow dipped his head down towards the rocks and started to drink from the little healthy water stream.

Mudpuddle dipped his head in and saw a cat with black stripes, he blinked and it was gone. Sohe just went back down and drank.

Burnsorrow noticed Mudpuddle's eyes widen. "Something happen?" He asked.

"Oh um, it was nothing" Mudpuddle meowed still kind of nervous.

Burnsorrow dove into the water, being stupid at the moment to look around, and saw nothing as he was being carried down the stream. He soon swam upon a little sandy patch where he could grip himself onto shore.

"Well, that looked awesome" Mudpuddle meowed and jumped in and waited for the place Burnsorrow got out, than he got out himself. "Lets go again"

"Okay." Burnsorrow said, with a stuck-up face. He nonchalantly slipped into the water and fought against the current.

Mudpuddle dived in after him "WEEEE"Mudpuddle meowed. "Ihaven't had this much fun since I was a kit"

Burnsorrow swam against the current next to Mudpuddle. "I'd have to say, I haven't had this much fun at all!" He exclaimed over the sound of their splashing.

"Really, thats not good, Just hang around with me and you will" mudpuddle meowed

Burnsorrow stopped kicking against the current, and let it carry him back. He let it pull as he stared into Mudpuddle's eyes.

"Um, yes, your looking in my eyes" Mudpuddle meowed
