Plot Name: Where is Home?
Clans involved: SkyClan
Characters Directly Involved: Redfall [Sal], Wrenspring [Ripped], Spottedstar [Sun], Willow [Silvershadow], Kit slots [Sal, possibly JJ?, and Deer as of now, but the kits are still open]
Will there be code-breaking?: Yes. Redfall attacks his Clanmate, Wrenspring. He also leaves SkyClan, though he probably would've gotten exiled anyway. When he is a rogue, he becomes mates with Willow, though because he's a rogue then I wouldn't count that as a forbidden romance.
Explain your Plot: Redfall has been trying to smooth things over with Wrenspring, his best friend (after the Gathering incident where he went against Spottedstar to stay; Wrenspring disagreed with this, but Red became a warrior right after, causing Wren to go be a sulky child), but he doesn't feel as if it's been working. They go on a few more patrols together, but instead of mending things, things get even more awkward and worse. At some point after these patrols, Wrenspring confronts Redfall about the Gathering, asking why he stayed. Redfall just gets mad. All his pent-up anger comes out on Wrenspring, and Redfall attacks Wrenspring.
While Redfall's punishment is being decided, he realizes what he's done, and is very ashamed of himself. He leaves SkyClan without telling anyone, becoming a rogue.
Redfall is in a bad mental state when he stumbles upon Willow, the rogue. Willow manages to make him feel happy, something he hasn't felt in a long time. Eventually, he and Willow become mates and have kits. The mandated two threads (probably more) will be reached before this, though.
Redfall is missing SkyClan a lot at this point. He realizes he and Willow can't take care of the kits that well... and he wants them to grow up as Clan cats, learning the same values he did as a kit. He offers Willow a proposition: taking the kits back to SkyClan. Willow disagrees with this and takes one of the kits with them (the one Deer plays), but lets Redfall go back to SkyClan with the rest.
Redfall returns to SkyClan with his kits. Spottedstar accepts Redfall and the kits back into the Clan (most likely - Sun said it depends on where Spottedstar is within his development, but it's a yes for now). Wrenspring and Redfall become friends again.
How will this impact the characters/clans involved?: SkyClan will gain more cats. Redfall will learn from his mistakes and not run in to situations without thinking as much. He and Wrenspring learn to get past their differences to become better friends. Redfall will slow down and become more loyal. He'll also become a bit more empathetic from bonding with his kits. Willow and the kit she takes will grow to loathe SkyClan.

The Incoming Storm [1/2 patrols before Redfall attacks Wrenspring]
Why should this plot be approved?: It'll help Redfall and Wrenspring become friends again, and it will teach Red empathy and loyalty, while it teaches Wren that cats don't have to blindly follow their leader to still be a good warrior.
