An icy Disaster

Icepaw was out exploring. She wanted to become familiar with the Thunderclan boundaries. She adored playing in the snow and thought the snow by the SkyClan border was the fluffiest to play in. Icepaw still acted like she was young sometimes but she didn’t like to think about the bad, only the good. She pranced through the snow and purred to herself.

She was happy. She didn’t think any cats would be out around the borders, so she didn’t worry about a SkyClan cat crossing the border while it was just her.

(Ooc: little did she know... lol)

Having been on a patrol and done some hunting, Sunflower decided to check the borders, though he should've known better than to go alone.

Approaching Fallen Oak, the sudden appearance of a stranger cat sent his fur on edge. He would've fled, but his clumsy paws stepped on a branch, causing an ear shattering 'snap.' Gulping, the lengthy tom looked in the direction of the cat with his ears pinned back and tail tucked under his rump as he prayed to StarClan that they somehow didn't hear him.

Icepaw turned when she heard the ‘snap’ of the branch. Her fur on edge she looked at the cat and hissed at him. She was frightened this cat wasn’t Thunderclan and she only ran into another cat at gatherings. Her fur was standing on edge. “what are you doing?!“ she hissed at Sunflower. She didn’t know this cat and was ready to battle him if she needed too.

"Y-you're the one wh-who's close the b-border!" Sunflower honked back. He knew very well that he should've just run, but frozen in fear as the she-cat snapped at him, all he could do was stay as still as a log.

Icepaw hissed at the unfamiliar cat. “All I’m doing is going over my borders. That doesn’t give you the right to hiss at me.” Icepaw angrily stated. She wasn’t going to have this cat scare her. She looked like she’d pounce if he got close to her.

"S-sorry," Sunflower muttered and began to back up. Maybe this cat wouldn't attack him after all. She was a bit short tempered, but if he could just get a little farther away, he would be in the clear, thank StarClan.

Icepaws temper got the best of her and she jumped over the border and scratched the unknown cat. She jumped back shocked at what she had just done but knew whatever happened next was caused by her temper.

Letting out a yowl of surprise as the ThunderClan cat jumped across the border and attacked him, Sunflower stumbled backwards from her blow. Stretching out a long, front leg, the lengthy tom swung back. Great StarClan, he knew he should've just ran when he had the chance.

Sunflower used Front Paw Blow, causing 7 damage and costing 5 stamina.

Icepaw didn’t want to hurt the cat. She only wanted to warn him off from messing with her clan again. She she didn’t want to go to strong on him. 

Icepaw used run and tackle causing 6 damage and costing 10 stamina.

With his long tail tucked under his lengthy frame and tears beginning to well up in his amber eyes, Sunflower took a step back. Great StarClan could he ever keep himself from crying? Apparently not. Without a word, the SkyClanner whipped around and hightailed himself back towards camp, not looking back. Hopefully, he would never have to face the ThunderClanner again, though it didn't really matter, seeing as though he'd already shown her how big of an embarrassment he was.

Sunflower has fled.
