Guilt; the thief of life (closed)

Standing near the camp entrance, Daisyflame let out a sigh, watching as his warm breath disappeared into the frost, Leaffall air. Shuffling his large paws back and forth against the fluffy layer of snow that blanketed the ground, he waited for his mate, Ravenmist to join him. Tonight, he would finally face his guilt and talk to his mate about what happened and what he did on the fateful day of the recent battle. Deep down, the tom knew it had only been an accident, but to take some-cat's family member and clanmate away with the swipe of a paw... he just couldn't imagine what they must be feeling.
