Time for Payback

The deputy walked by the side of his former mentor, eager to reach the Highpine. During the past days, after Foxfire's was maimed according to that rogue, more skirmished had happened. It was undeniable that there was growing tension between Skyclan and Shadowclan... and he loved it. It was only a matter of time before Thornstar could see that raiding was the only solution to bring peace and also, avenge Redwing's murder.

However, he did not expect to get so lucky! When the two Shadowclan cats arrived, Lynxscar recognized a familiar spotted fur alone in the border. A smile was drawn in his face and without a warning, he crossed the line and ambushed the tom, tackling him down as a surprise attack. "Not so cocky now, huh?! You have made a big mistake by crossing my way, Spottedstar. Don't you think I don't know what you are doing... sending all those patrols to pick fights on us!"

Lynxscar used run-and-tackle, delaing 13 + 3 damage and costing 10 stamina.

Ravenmist padded alongside her former apprentice, and now deputy. As they aproached the stinking, SkyClan scent markers, she unsheathed her claws, sensitive nose and ears detecting another cat. Spottedstar. She wasn't ordinarily one to fight, but SkyClan had killed one of her close friends, and sister-in-law, then went unpunished, acted smug about it! But they wouldn't be smug for long. She wholeheartedly agreed with Lynxscar's plan, and would fight, fight for her Clan, fight for Daisyflame, fight for Harrierpaw. When Lynxscar leaped, so did she, rising up and aiming for the SkyClan leader's face and ears.

The rush of filthy ShadowClan scent had been quick, along with their claws and their vile words. He'd been along the border to scout that it was safe to bring his apprentice for a regular border patrol, and as he'd suspected, there was danger. Spottedstar growled, leftover anger from Foxfire's unjust mauling bubbling inside his chest and lighting him afire once more. Rolling from the flurry of claws, the SkyClan leader snarled, "You're full of yourself, you ugly swamp-rat! Cross my border to attack me? I'll gut you!" He lashed out, slamming his paw neatly against the dark she-cat's cheek and raking claws in as much soft skin as he could manage.

Spottedstar used Front Paw Strike on Ravenmist, dealing 18 damage and using 10 stamina.

The tom let out a hiss when the spotted leader attacked his mentor and out of fury, he slashed at his chest, rearing up in his hind legs first so with the downfall he could give a better and stronger hit. His green eyes shone with anger when he met the leader's face directly. "Oh? And waht about your former clanmates when they decided to cross the border to attack us because of one dumb insult! You SkyClanners have lost the benefit of the doubt. This goes for Redwing... and everyone you hurt with her death."
