Starlight, star bright, first star I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, have this wish I wish tonight.

Mistwalker doesn't believe in Starclan. He prefers to see reality for what it is, and he's no idealist. But on his moonstone, a "Starclan cat" told him not to bother following the code if he didn't want to believe in Starclan(and also mentioned some cat called Lichenmask). His sister gets hurt by "Starclan's Plan" and by then, Mistwalker has had enough.

PHASE ONE - Codebreaking
- Mistwalker trespasses, little bits at first, often disguising his scent. He's caught one day exploring much deeper than he should have been, and out of fear, attacks the cat a little more brutally than he intended, to scare off the cat. He threatens them, telling them to tell no one, and flees. Preferably, they feel too threatened to say a word and call it a predator attack.
  CAT 1(Riverclan, Skyclan, or Shadowclan): Lynxpaw
- Mistwalker quickly eats a piece of prey before bringing something to the kits. He is not spotted, but someone is suspicious when he isn't as hungry when it's time for warriors to eat.
  SUSPICIOUS SHE-CAT: Grayleaf
- Mistwalker hunts on another clan's territory(likely not the same clan as earlier but who knows) and eats it there. He does not fake thanking Starclan. Mistwalker flees.
- Mistwalker, having too many close calls, settles down for a while. The suspicious cat, though she has a small crush on him, confronts him, considering his non-hunger has happened a few times, and asks if he's okay. He confesses he hasn't felt exactly himself(which is true) and she agrees to help him through his phase, and he silently vows to follow the Code again, because he's falling in love and doesn't want to break her heart.
PHASE TWO - Coming Around
- Mistwalker gets severely hurt even though he's a law abiding citizen now, and spends a significant amount of time in the medicine cats' den. During this time, he gets to know Mossblossom and comes to respect her.
- Mistwalker, out of curiosity, asks his parents who the heck Lichenmask was and why Wolffang mentioned him. They explain, and though skeptical, he spends some down time pondering how it could be possible without help from Starclan.
- Mistwalker has kits with the she-cat. One or more(npcs) kits die at or soon after birth, and Mossblossom claims they are in Starclan. Though he wants to keep his realistic view, he lowkey wants to believe they are in a paradise and watching over him.
- Mistwalker is grieving for his kit(s) and has a talk with Mossblossom about Starclan, and he confesses he doesn't actually think Starclan could be real. She gives example(s) of how it is real.
PHASE THREE - Resolution
- Mistwalker thinks about Wolffang's words, and other cats' stories, and accepts that Starclan is real.
- Mistwalker searches for Lynxscar at a gathering. Alas, he doesn't find him, and prays to Starclan his apologies instead, along with the rest of his wrongdoings.
- Mistwalker is a happier, better cat in general, eventually trusting Starclan as much as his father.

I may put future Lynxpaw to be a candidate to CAT1 as long there is no maiming. However, he will not stay silent because of fear but because of anger and for wanting to earn revenge one day. This would fit perfectly in the plot I have been planning for him however, he would not be able to forgive Mist in the Part 3 :P

UPDATE: At some point, Lynx(SC) will frame Mist for the murder of Thornstar. He goes into self exile during a gathering, not wanting to face the punishment and possibly execution for a crime he did not commit.
When Lynx is found out and Mist is revealed to be innocent, Mistwalker returns to Thunderclan and continues with his plot, if it isn't complete.
