Condorpaw's Warrior Ceremony

Having just lost his first life and still healing from his fight with Sedgestrike, making his way up to the Tallbranch was a bit more of a struggle than usual for Tinystar, but soon enough he managed to do so and sat up on the branch, looking down to the bustling clan bellow. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Tallbranch for a clan meeting!"

The huge tom slowly made his way over to the meeting spot. His fierce gaze was directed at the leader as he waited for the small tom to continue with the meeting. Condorpaw gave the leader a look of concern. He had witnessed the battle that happened between Tinystar and Sedgestrike. Despite looking as scary as a real condor, the apprentice wasn't all that bad. He was empathetic when it came to certain scenarios. He felt bad for the small-sized tom up on the Tallbranch. He didn't deserve all that bad treatment.

"We gather here today to give one of our apprentices their Warrior name and rank," he began, looking out upon the gathering clan bellow, a smile on his muzzle. "Condorpaw has proven himself worthy to climb the ranks of SkyClan and receive his Warrior name," Tinystar spoke and then paused for another brief moment before continuing.

"Condorpaw, please step forward."

Once the apprentice stepped forward, the short tom continued. "I, Tinystar, leader of SkyClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn. Condorpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

The tom stood tall and proud as his name was called. He was finally becoming a warrior! The other clans will see his true strength now. "I do." said the tom. Condorpaw would bring Skyclan to greatness.

Once the apprentice replied, he went on with the ceremony. "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Condorpaw, from this day forward you shall be known as Condorshade. SkyClan honors your loyalty and reliability. Congratulations," he finished. With that, Tinystar leaped down from Tallbranch, and making his way over to the newly named warrior, offered a soft bump of his muzzle to Condorshade in a quiet form of congratulations as the rest of the clan flocked forwards as well.
