A New Type Of Disease

Stormstrike dragged his feet as he walked back to camp, summer-yellow eyes narrowed in confusion. Something was wrong with him: His fur felt hot and sticky, his paws were shaking, and his heartbeat was nearly deafening. Luckily, the tall tom was able to guess how he'd gotten this strange disease. The first symptoms had popped up in that grassy field near the river when Sunfish first (literally) ran into him. He could only guess that whatever disease he had contracted was contagious, which must mean that Sunfish had it too. That was concerning, to say the least. Stormstrike supposed he'd have to tell Goldeneye about her too- after she'd given him a diagnosis, of course.
"Gold-" He squeaked. Eugh. Add 'Trouble Speaking' to the list. The tall tom cleared his throat, concern now evident in his expression. "Goldeneye, there's something wrong with me."
