Blizzardstar’s day had started as usual as she went out in one of her usual solo patrols across ThunderClan’s territory. She was in no was expecting to be ambushed near the border with RiverClan by foxes that eventually drove her to cross it. She wouldn’t have even noticed this if it wasn’t for the sudden change of terrain under her paws, the soft green grass being replaced by the smooth rocks that covered the piece of land that had caused so many wars between the two clans in the past.
She was too focused on trying to not let the ferocious jaws of the foxes clamp down around her neck to try and get back to her own clan’s territory, if any Riverclanner found her she would apologize once things calmed down. Actually, part of her really wished that someone came soon from either clan, while she was in no way a weak warrior, she never fancied herself as the strongest in the forest, not even her own clan, and she could bet facing several enemies at once like she was doing would be hard even for the greatest warrior in the forest’s history.
As she struggled to avoid bites more than to land slashes with heavy tired pants, as well as not getting knocked over and give her red enemies a chance to kill her, she found herself praying to StarClan for a way out of this mess. She knew that she still had lives to spare, but would these foxes hesitate on take them all, killing her over and over, if given the chance? Most likely not.
