grandad is gone, dog is gone, free time is gone, school has multiplied by a million, muse is gone and ability to write things that actually make sense is gone.

Take the time you need! What good will forcing it do? If you really want to keep posting, ease into it, pick a day out of the week to post and that's it. Don't overwhelm yourself.
