A Wanderer's Haven {OPEN}

Lione had been roaming for quite some time now, her stomach emptier than ever as she had been too tired to look for food. Dreary, she feared her mind was deceiving her when she came across what appeared to be an abandoned barn. She stood at the entrance, staring into it. Mice scurried across the floor, there were stacks of hay everywhere. Her eyes lit up a little for the first time in a while. Squeezing through an opening in the wall, she immediately ran after the first mouse she saw. It wasn't hard to pin it down and devour it, nearly swallowing the poor thing whole. After a moment, Lione decided to rest on a hay bale. "This is a like a dream. A wanderer's haven"  She thought, unaware there may be other cats inhabiting the barn.
