A quiet night (Closed for Smokepaw--Always bored)

"i know the prefect hill...follow me." he said no led the way.

Forestpaw followed Smokepaw into the forest. She sniffed the fresh woodland air, and exhaled. She oved spending time in the forest. It made her feel free.

When they got to the hill a few lights of sunshine was coming. "see isn't it pretty." he said and looked at her. Her spots where sparkling in the suns rays and she looked as beautiful as the sun. Of course he didn't say that and just smiled at her.

"Wow, It's so beautiful!" She exclaimed. She smiled at Smokepaw, her eyes glittering. She leaned her head against him and turned to the sunrise.

He got surprised when she leaned on him but that was away in a second. He wrapped his tail with hers and watched as the sun got higher. Soon it would be to bright to look at but at least he was with forestpaw in the moment.

Forestpaw watched as the sun rose higher in the sky, growing brighter as it did. She squinted her eyes at the now blinding light.She looked away as it became unbearable to look at.

He stood and smiled at her. "come on lets walk back." he said still having his tail with hers.

"Yeah, that would probably be best" Forestpaw agreed. "We don't want anyone back at camp to worry about us. "

Smokepaw walked by her side then got an idea. It was a good a time as any to tell her how he felt. "umm..forestpaw can I tell u something?" he asked a little nervous.

"Yeah, you can tell me anything" Forestpaw said with a small smile, looking at Smokepaw.

He sighed and then started. "well every since we where kits I kinda felt close to you I didn't really know why until I saw everyone with there mates. What I'm trying to say is....I love you forestpaw and I would never anyone else." he said then looked down embarrassed.

"Smokepaw, I love you too." Forestpaw said. She rubbed against his flank. "Don't be embarrassed. "

He looked at her. "u are?" he said with mix emotions. He was feeling surprised, nervous, and happy all at same time.

"Of course" She said.

Smokepaw smiled at her and licked her cheek. "well I'm glad." he said smiling. When they arrived at camp Smokepaw grabbed a mouse and gave it to forestpaw. "here you must be hungry." he said to her.
