Jaystar loses his first life

Jaystar quietly lay in his den,coughing. He looked up. "I hope this isn't anything serious. Maybe I should visit Moonsage."

Moonsage could be found in his den, making a poultice.

Jaystar padded into the den. "Hey Moonsage.." he was interrupted by a cough.

"Jaystar? Are you okay?" He asked, genuinely concerned.

"I am fine. Just a cough." Jaystar purred. "I just came to make sure..."

Moonsage nodded. "Come and get me if it gets worse.."

"All Right.." he walked out side,and only got a few fox-lengths before collapsing.

"Jaystar!" Moonsage rushed to his aid.

Jaystar was out cold,and his breath was shallow. He had greencough,and without knowing it too. It had resulted from whitecough.

"Coughing... Oh no, StarClan!" He rushed to his den, getting all the catmint he had in stock. He rushed back to Jaystar.

He stirred for a moment,but it was too late. His eyes flashed white,and he slowly flickered them open. He lost a life.

As Jaystar began to wake up, Moonsage dropped the Catmint. I'm the worst Medicine Cat ever.. I let Jaystar lose a life.. "Jaystar, are you alright?"

"I'm...fine." he meowed awkwardly. "Did I just lose a life?"

Moonsage nodded regretfully. "My fault."

Jaystar laughed. "Of course not!" he meowed. "You did what you could."
