Angry Blossom Wounds

Blossompaw stalked into the medicine cat's den with an air of annoyance. She was lightheaded and wobbling with each step. "Oceanlight, Mintpaw! I got into a skirmish!"

Mintpaw had been changing the moss in the medicine den. Over the past moon, the small she-cat had learned the hard way that being a medicine cat meant more than healing her clanmates. Already Oceanlight had had her clean the entire den, organize the herbs by scent and use, and replace the soiled moss in the Queen's den. She would give anything to gather even the most boring and mundane herbs, or at least assist Oceanlight with a healing task.
Luckily, Oceanlight was out on a foraging mission as Blossompaw stumbled forward. Mintpaw leapt to her feet, barely hiding her excitement. However, her friendly expression turned into one of worry as she noticed the younger she-cat swaying on her feet. "Blossompaw! S-sit here, y-you must be tired." She mewed, guiding Blossompaw towards the nest she had been working on. "W-where were you? Where d-does it hurt the most?" She mewed over her shoulder as she bustled around the den, gathering the herbs she thought she'd need. Without giving the apprentice time to answer, she patched her up with every and all herbs that could've been used. Perhaps it was a bit much, but it was her first time treating someone.
