WCC Hunger Game: Riverclan vs Thunderclan Edition Tc_vs_10

Riverclan and Thunderclan stand facing each other at Sunningrocks for the second time. Which clan will become the winners of this years Sunningrocks war?

*Please don't post until I finish this up, I will be doing the days in separate posts. But this here thread will ~~not~~ officially decide who wins the war this year. We will also just ignore that fact that people might murder their clanmates.

THE BLOODBATH

As the tributes stand on their podiums, the horn sounds.

Adderpaw grabs a backpack and retreats.

Goldenpaw throws a knife into Cloudstone's head.

Featherpaw runs away from the Cornucopia.

Jaystream runs away from the Cornucopia.

Crowpaw grabs a jar of fishing bait while Cherryfang gets fishing gear.

Dewpaw clutches a first aid kit and runs away.

Duckpuddle runs away from the Cornucopia.

Blizzardstar kills Brightpaw with a sickle.

Honeyspark runs away from the Cornucopia.

Birdflight runs away from the Cornucopia.

Leopardclaw finds a bag full of explosives.

Duskfall runs away from the Cornucopia.

Batfang grabs a sword.

Ashpaw, Birchheart, and Coyotefang work together to get as many supplies as possible.

Maplepaw finds a bag full of explosives.

Dappledpaw gathers as much food as he can.

Finchpaw runs away from the Cornucopia.

Amberpelt runs away from the Cornucopia.

Ivystar runs away from the Cornucopia.

Highlights:

- Goldenpaw immediately betrays her mentor. Wow, he must have done something wrong...
- Dewpaw is precious and innocent. Poor child did not ask for murder.
- Blizzardstar abandons all of her morals and gets revenge for Thistlepaw, with her weapon of choice.
- Leopardclaw and Maplepaw might kill us all.
- Coyotefang is working with others. LOL, that is a funny joke.

Maplepaw goes hunting.

Batfang sees smoke rising in the distance, but decides not to investigate.

Birdflight chases Dewpaw.

Duskfall receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor.

Finchpaw and Featherpaw hunt for other tributes.

Dappledpaw makes a slingshot.

Honeyspark receives a hatchet from an unknown sponsor.

Duckpuddle sprains her ankle while running away from Cherryfang.

Ashpaw practices her archery.

Jaystream tries to sleep through the entire day.

Crowpaw discovers a cave.

Amberpelt stalks Goldenpaw.

Leopardclaw tends to Birchheart's wounds.

Blizzardstar questions her sanity.

Adderpaw and Coyotefang hunt for other tributes.

Ivystar travels to higher ground.

Highlights:

- Duskfall is lucky as heck. I wish I had some fresh food right now.
- Honeyspark is told by Starclan to embrace her warrior ways (via a hatchet).
- Jaystream follows Ivystar's legacy from another one of these and also tries to sleep through the whole day.
- Amberpelt considers revenge for Cloudstone.
- Leopardclaw is a good deputy.
- Blizzardstar questions her sanity (for good reason after the bloodbath.
- We are still in the alternate reality where Coyotefang does things with others.

Night 1

Leopardclaw, Maplepaw, and Ashpaw cheerfully sing songs together.

Batfang lets Dappledpaw into his shelter.

Dewpaw defeats Jaystream in a fight, but spares his life.

Birdflight fends Finchpaw, Amberpelt, and Cherryfang away from her fire.

Birchheart sets an explosive off, killing Featherpaw.

Duskfall sets up camp for the night.

Crowpaw cooks his food before putting his fire out.

Adderpaw receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor.

Coyotefang quietly hums.

Duckpuddle, Blizzardstar, and Honeyspark discuss the games and what might happen in the morning.

Goldenpaw starts a fire.

Ivystar loses sight of where she is.

Highlights:
- Leopardclaw, Maplepaw, and Ashpaw get all 'kumbaya' on us.
- Apprentice beats up deputy, but is merciful, because you know, loyalty.
- Birdflight is a god. 3 vs 1.
- Birchheart explodes her own clanmate (probably secretly with help from Leopardclaw or Maplepaw).
- Adderpaw is blessed by the gods.
- Coyotefang finally regains his character and has alone time.
- The war basically becomes a free for all.

Day 2

Crowpaw discovers a cave.

Honeyspark constructs a shack.

Coyotefang explores the arena.

Cherryfang runs away from Ivystar.

Ashpaw receives a hatchet from an unknown sponsor.

Leopardclaw, Adderpaw, and Duckpuddle hunt for other tributes.

Batfang overhears Blizzardstar and Amberpelt talking in the distance.

Finchpaw stalks Duskfall.

Birdflight tries to sleep through the entire day.

Goldenpaw, Birchheart, Jaystream, Maplepaw, and Dappledpaw hunt for other tributes.

Dewpaw constructs a shack.

Highlights:
- Honeyspark and Dewpaw are master builders now.
- Coyotefang enjoys introvert time.
- Ashpaw, a young child, is given a hatchet for fun. Let's see where this goes.
- Leopardclaw is still making buddies before blowing everyone up.
- Birdflight tries to imitate Riverclan's leadership.
- A massive mixed alliance has been formed to kill others.

Night 2

Cherryfang receives an explosive from an unknown sponsor.

Crowpaw lets Duckpuddle into his shelter.

Birchheart forces Ivystar to kill Batfang or Finchpaw. She refuses to kill, so Birchheart kills her instead.

Maplepaw sets up camp for the night.

Dappledpaw starts a fire.

Blizzardstar and Honeyspark run into each other and decide to a truce for the night.

Amberpelt sets up camp for the night.

Goldenpaw accidentally steps on a landmine.

Duskfall and Dewpaw fight Adderpaw and Jaystream. Adderpaw and Jaystream survive.

Ashpaw forces Coyotefang to kill Leopardclaw or Birdflight. He decides to kill Leopardclaw.

Highlights:
- Starclan gives cats more explosives.
- Birchheart is a madman. Ivystar gets a taste of her own Nazi style.
- Ashpaw is also a madman. Coyotefang all too easily agrees to treachery.

Day 3

Birdflight is pricked by thorns while picking berries.

Finchpaw diverts Duckpuddle's attention and runs away.

Blizzardstar, Crowpaw, and Honeyspark hunt for other tributes.

Batfang unknowingly eats toxic berries.

Coyotefang scares Ashpaw off.

Adderpaw constructs a shack.

Cherryfang receives clean water from an unknown sponsor.

Highlights:
- Nothing too exciting happens other than Batfang not knowing his plants.
- Cherryfang is the chosen one.

Night 3

Birdflight passes out from exhaustion.

Blizzardstar convinces Coyotefang to snuggle with her.

Honeyspark fends Finchpaw, Cherryfang, and Crowpaw away from her fire.

Maplepaw quietly hums.

Duckpuddle sees a fire but stays hidden.

Birchheart and Amberpelt huddle for warmth.

Ashpaw, Adderpaw, and Jaystream sleep in shifts.

Dappledpaw tries to treat his infection.

Highlights:
- OH. Blizzardstar is a cougar.
- Birchheart and Amberpelt use their body heat to survive, definitely not an excuse to cuddle with the enemy.

Deaths:
-Batfang (Riverclan)

Day 4

Birdflight attacks Jaystream, but he manages to escape.

Maplepaw constructs a shack.

Cherryfang shoots a poisonous blow dart into Adderpaw's neck, slowly killing her.

Blizzardstar and Coyotefang fight Amberpelt and Ashpaw. Blizzardstar and Coyotefang survive.

Crowpaw diverts Dappledpaw's attention and runs away.

Honeyspark severely injures Duckpuddle and leaves her to die.

Birchheart and Finchpaw hunt for other tributes.

Highlights:

- Maplepaw joins the master builders.
- Cherryfang briefly becomes a Shadowclan cat and goes full stealth mode.
- Thunderclan's new hottest leader and young warrior couple get into a fight but escapes with their lives. Starclan lets out a massive sigh of relief.
- Honeyspark turns her back on the life of a medicine cat.
- Starclan is not favoring Riverclan on this go. Will Thunderclan take Sunningrocks?

Night 4

Blizzardstar is unable to convince Honeyspark to not kill her.

Birdflight, Maplepaw, and Crowpaw cheerfully sing songs together.

Coyotefang climbs a tree to rest.

Birchheart cooks her food before putting her fire out.

Jaystream cries himself to sleep.

Cherryfang overpowers Finchpaw, killing him.

Dappledpaw sets up camp for the night.

Highlights:
- Honeyspark has gone full savage.
- Some of Thunderclan's remaining pretend there is isn't war happening.
- Jaystream realizes things aren't looking too good.
- Cherryfang also adds +1 to her kill streak.

The cornucopia is replenished with food, supplies, weapons, and memoirs from the tributes' families.

Birdflight takes a staff leaning against the cornucopia.

Crowpaw decides not to go to The Feast.

Maplepaw decides not to go to The Feast.

Honeyspark decides not to go to The Feast.

Cherryfang throws a knife into Coyotefang's chest.

Birchheart decides not to go to The Feast.

Jaystream decides not to go to The Feast.

Dappledpaw stuffs a bundle of dry clothing into a backpack before sprinting away.

Highlight:
- Dang! +2 to Cherryfang's kill streak.
- Smart people stay home.

Day 5

Dappledpaw stalks Jaystream.

Birdflight receives medical supplies from an unknown sponsor.

Cherryfang is pricked by thorns while picking berries.

Birchheart is pricked by thorns while picking berries.

Maplepaw and Honeyspark work together for the day.

Crowpaw cannot handle the circumstances and commits suicide.

Highlights:
- Cherryfang and Birchheart should communicate better.
- Thunderclan's medicine cats do their thing, ignoring that Honeyspark has turned her back on the code.
- Poor Crowpaw. May he rest in peace.

Night 5

Maplepaw tends to Cherryfang's wounds.

Birchheart, Honeyspark, and Jaystream sleep in shifts.

Birdflight starts a fire.

Dappledpaw falls into a pit and dies.

Highlights:
- Maplepaw keeps up her good medicine cat apprentice ways.
- What the heck Dappledpaw.

Deaths:
-Coyotefang (Thunderclan)
-Crowpaw (Thunderclan)
-Dappledpaw (Thunderclan)

Day 6

Jaystream receives a hatchet from an unknown sponsor.

Cherryfang camouflages herself in the bushes.

Birchheart ambushes Birdflight and kills her.

Honeyspark travels to higher ground.

Maplepaw injures herself.

Highlights:
- Starclan blessed Jaystream as he stands the lone survivor of Riverclan.
- Cherryfang adds master of disguise to her resume.
- Clan betrayal once more.
- Maplepaw needs a medicine cat.

Night 6

Honeyspark, Jaystream, Maplepaw, and Birchheart sleep in shifts.

Cherryfang is awoken by nightmares.

Highlights:

- Cherryfang's murder spree comes back to haunt her.
- The remaining survivors dwindle.

Deaths:
-Birdflight (Thunderclan)

Day 7

Jaystream stalks Maplepaw.

Cherryfang attacks Birchheart, but she manages to escape.

Honeyspark injures herself.

Highlights:
- Someone get these medicine cats a medicine cat.

ARENA EVENT

A fire spreads throughout the arena.

Maplepaw falls to the ground but kicks Jaystream hard enough to then push him into the fire.

A fireball strikes Honeyspark, killing her.

Cherryfang falls to the ground but kicks Birchheart hard enough to then push her into the fire.

Highlights:
- Rockthorn's fury from the grave.
- Everyone just throws their friends in the fire.

Night 7:

Maplepaw severely injures Cherryfang and leaves her to die.

Highlights:
- In honor of her late mentor, Maplepaw abandons her faith and does a murder.

Deaths:
- Jaystream (The last Riverclan Tribute)
- Honeyspark (Thunderclan)
- Birchheart (Thunderclan)
- Cherryfang (Thunderclan)
