Self-Killing...?

So, I've seen that some cats on this site died due to suicide, but that got me wondering: does committing suicide send a cat to the Dark Forest rather than StarClan? They could be one of the kindest cats in their Clan, but by taking their own life they still murder a cat: themselves. And in certain religions, someone who commits self-murder is sent to Hell instead of Heaven.

Would that be the same case here? Or would the RPer decide the fate of their cat if they take their own life?

I'm pretty sure suicide wouldn't influence it. Plenty of cats have killed others yet reside in StarClan. I think that the whole concept of where the cat goes is up to the roleplayer.

I don't think suicide would result in the dark forest. Cats only go to the Dark Forest for committing terrible crimes (murder w/out remorse or regret is the main cause, tho, so I guess that brings up an interesting point. Is suicide murder?)

Well, to me suicide is murder. I mean, you're murdering yourself if you kill yourself, right?

it’s just up to the user

they can make their decision about their characters fate due to a variety of factors but it really just boils down to what they believe suits their chatacter’s final arc.

in this situations, the decision is up to the user for sure, specifically based on intent I suppose

at least in Christianity, there is a common misconception you'd go straight down

but, Starclan is not akin to 'god' because they're certainly NOT all powerful and thus very different

it has to be left up to RPer though, within reason, because certain aspects of Starclan canonically are rather unclear or not set in stone (i.e. our pal Ashfur)
