A Little Mud Never Hurt Anyone {Open}

Littlebrook was a mother again to five new, healthy kits. Three beautiful she-cats and two handsome toms. She was awestruck, as she was with all her litters, every time her tired blue gaze landed on any of them. They were perfect. They were strong and healthy and.. they were just perfect. Though she was a bit biased. It had been just several hours ago that the five new lives had entered into the world, and they were already fast asleep at her slightly less swollen belly, having filled theirs with milk. The first of the she-cats to have been born had brought tears to her eyes. She was a creamy and white colored she-cat who looked almost exactly like her late daughter, Hazelpaw. She couldn't help but name the small kit after her as Hazelkit. Purring with a mixture of happiness and sadness, she nosed the pale she-cat awake. Soon her kin would be there to meet her. Then there was the tabby she-cat with the calico coloring, which she named Asterkit after the beautifully delicate flower. There was no point in rousing them all as their siblings would soon be waking eachother, so she laid back to relax and marvel in her kits lulling purring. The last she-cat was a small, pale brown kit, whom she named Mousekit. The first tom to come into the world of ShadowClan was a handsome calico. She named him Kestrelkit for his beautiful pelt coloring. The last kit to be born, was an orange tabby tom with a white chest. His name was Raggedkit, for his slightly messy fur. She would have waited for Mudfoot to help name them, but the names had just come to her. Once they were in her head, there was no way she could imagine them being anything else. She knew he wouldn't mind.

Now, as she laid stretched out, but with her tail wrapped safely around her kits, she began to drift off to sleep.

Mousekit streched her legs and jawned with mouths widely open. Her leg hit one of her brothers, Raggedkit and she quickly put it away, so she did not wake him up. Then she laid down for a couple of moments, she sniffed. There were all here, soft and beautifull scent of her mother was the strongest, but she scented also her siblings. No one was missing.
When she moved, she exposed her tiny body to the cold which was coming into the nursery. She stood up firmly and then laid down next to Raggedkit, which was the closest. His body temperature was enough to warm her up and to forget about bitting cold, which was ruling outside warm dens.

The calico colored she-cat threw her head back as a large yawn escaped. Even though they were inside, the tiny kit felt the bite of the cold air float into the nursery. Asterkit rolled to her back and stretched all four paws towards the sky. Shaking the moss off her head she made her way to her mother to latch on for some milk. She hadn't heard anything other than her mother, father, and the squeals and mumbling of her siblings, she wondered, in her tiny little mind, when she would get to hear any other voice.

The cream and white she kit gave a small stretch not much liking the cold that crept up on her. Hazelkit opened her blue eyes and stood or tried to when her mother nudged her awake. She looked up at her.

Kestrelkit let out a small whine as he pressed his tiny body closer to his older siblings. He began to drink the milk his mother produced while trying to stay warm. He settled down after finding a spot that was warm. He was content.

IC: Rushing to his mate's side, Mudfoot nudged the she-cat's cheek with his muzzle. Another litter, how wonderful. "They're beautiful," the tom mewed with a smile when Littlebrook was done, looking down to the bundles of fur that rested at her side.
