Flamepelt looked at his son, eyes full of hurt. "Good, than maybe you'll have some more respect!"

"I don't need respect for the one who gave me away because they were too ashamed of me!"

"I didn't give you away! I didn't even know you were born! I just found this out myself!" He hissed.

He turned to Featherheart, "Then it was you!" He hissed.

Flamepelt stood infront of Featherheart. "Don't blame your mother. She only did what she thought was right...."

"Oh yea, it's so right, you give birth to a kit... 'Oh you don't look right with RiverClan, I'll just go drop you on the ShadowClan border!'" He hissed.

Flamepelt shook his head. "No, she saw evil in you, that's why she brought you here." He sighed, his son wasn't getting it. "You should've seen her when she told me. She felt so bad."

"So she just now felt bad? She just realized she felt bad for her son that she knew nothing about, except that i was her kit, was growing up on my own?"

Flamepelt gulped. "I'm sorry Bramblepaw. What else do you want me to say?!"

He didn't say anything, he just stared.. HE hoped he could see his parents at fourtrees or something.. so that it didn't have to be a dream.(HINT HINT!)
