The Start of the End (CLOSED)

Tinytip smiled delightedly seeing all the snow covering the territories as she jumped around. She couldn't contain her happiness now that she had the chance to go on a patrol with her mate alone. The little warrior purred and turned her eyes to the bigger tom. She nuzzled him lovingly, licking his cheek. "I'm so happy to be here with you Batfang! It's been a while since we last go out alone. It's wonderful! And look all this snow! It's beautiful even with this cold weather!" Her warm eyes admired the frozen river and the Sunningrocks while she approached them with the tom by her side. How couldn't she be happy when she had every she ever dreamed? A clan, a home, a family, a mate and a kit. And after the battle, she felt safer now that she was sure that her clan wouldn't starve this Leafbare. Nothing could wrong! Or, at least, that what she thought...

The dark spotted tom looked with love at the little and energetic she-cat jumping around so happily. It was like they were kits again, playing in the snow like in the old times. However... they were warriors now and that thought came to his mind when they reached the Sunningrocks and he remembered everything that happened in the battle. ”I’m happy to be with you too, my love, but please don’t be so careless.” He mewed in a serious tone as he approached the she-cat. ”I don’t want you to get hurt like in the last battle. I know you defeated two of the greatest warriors in Thunderclan but with what cost? They attacked you so badly and you had to spend days in the medicine den.” He mewed with a concerned but strict voice. Since the battle, the tom was getting more protective and manipulative for Tinytip, not letting her go out without another cat to escort her.

The tom licked her head, making a softer and kinder expression. ”Please forgive if I’m being too pushy but you must understand that I only do all this to protect you.” He purred wrapping his tail around hers. ”Now, we should hunt something for our clan before leaving. I’ll hunt in the reeds. Be careful while I’m gone, Tinytip.” Nuzzling her as a goodbye, he left the tail of his mate and walked to a group of reeds, a few fox-lengths away from the Sunningrocks where he could smell a bird.

The little she-cat stopped her bouncing when her mate talked and she lowered her head submissive when he started scolding her. She knew that she wasn't strong like the other warriors in her clan and she understood Batfang's concerns but... Tinytip still wanted to be free and just enjoy her life without limits of worries. However, she nodded when the charcoal cat told her to be careful. After all, the she-cat always thought that what he said or did was for her own good, just like he always said. "Don't apologize, Batfang. I... understand what you're saying and why you say it. I'll be careful."

She watched him disappear into the reeds before noticing the smell of a near squirrel. Her amber looked at the small animal that was next to the frozen river and she crouched down, ready to hunt it. However, when she leapt for it, the rodent ran away scared, crossing the ice. "Oh no... You're not going to get away so easily!" She mewed trotting behind the animal. Tinytip ran through the frozen river and once tried to catch the squirrel with a jump but she failed and the only result she got from that was her head in the snow. "Fox-dung..." She mewed taking her head out and shaking it, not noticing that she trespassed the border.

Robinpaw had gone out on a patrol again. The she-cat wandered off to check on the RiverClan border. She didn’t trust those RiverClanners ever since the Sunningrocks battle. She couldn’t take her mind off seeing all the injuries ThunderClan had to suffer, not to mention the death. She shook her head and raised her muzzle to scent for prey, when an all-too-familiar scent hit her. RiverClan. She looked and saw a relatively small she-cat. She had crossed the border. She felt her fur prickle with frustration as she bounced to where the cat stood. ”Hey! You crossed the border, fish-head!” the apprentice spat. She really was not in the mood. Her small but sharp claws scraped against the cat’s face and chest area as Robinpaw hissed furiously.

Robinpaw used Front Paw Strike on Tinytip, dealing 6 damage and costing 10 stamina.

OOC: it’s a bad post but whatever

The little warrior was barely capable of turn her head before those claws were on her face and chest. She yelped because of the surprise and the pain and stepped back, scared. Following an instinct, the small she-cat grabbed the tail of the apprentice and threw her down just to earn time to go back to her side of the river. "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I promise it was a mistake! I'll go back right now!Tinytip stepped back clumsily to the river but with the fear feeling her mind she didn't pay attention to the ice and she slipped, falling again.

Tinytip used Tail Yank, dealing 6 damage and costing 10 stamina. Robinpaw is stunned for one turn.

OOC: Two things I forgot to mention.
Tinytip has a disability (she's awfully small and short, even smaller than an average apprentice) so she has -5 HP and -30 SP.
And the other, this will be the only time when Tiny attacks Robin (that's why I used the move with less damage for warrior rank), so you can have fun attacking her while she's running before Batfang appears >:3

Robinpaw gasped as she was yanked to the ground. She was not expecting that! She couldn’t help herself laughing as the cat stumbled backwards across the frozen river. Robinpaw thought it was an apprentice, rather smaller than herself, and a tiny smile twitched the corner of her mouth. Oh, she would win this fight easy, all right. ”Aww, can’t defend yourself, can you?” she teased, a manic glint in her eye. Robinpaw took the RiverClanner slipping on the ice as her chance to attack. She leaped forwards and twisted around to claw at her belly with her hind legs, before leaping away again. ”You’ll have to do better then that, mouse-brain!” she taunted.

Robinpaw used Belly Rake on Tinytip, dealing 7 damage and costing 10 stamina.

Tinytip struggled under the weight of the apprentice as she tried to get away but soon the Thunderclan slashed her belly. She cried in pain and terrified. "Please! I don't want to fight! I will go immediately!" She cried standing an running back to the other side, desperate to find safety in her own territory. But her legs were too short and the ice didn't help. Her only hope was that apprentice would give up to the fight and leave her alone or... calling for Batfang.

Robinpaw threw back her head and laughed out loud. ”Pathetic!” she spat angrily, backing away a couple of steps. The strong apprentice silently thanked Shrewheart for her skills she had learnt as she ran. Oh boy, she ran fast. She ran until she slammed into Tinytip at full force, knocking her to the ground. ”Come on, fight back, you useles lump of fur!” Robinpaw snarled, panting, anger pulsing through her veins. This cat really was weak.

For the moment she fell on the ground, she couldn't breathe because of the shock. When she finally recovered, her eyes searched desperately for his mate between the reeds. "Batfang!" She cried weakened and scared before turning her sight to the Thunderclan apprentice that was laughing at her. The little she-cat didn't want to fight from the start, even if she could have defeated the apprentice. But now she was paying the consequences of that decision and she couldn't stop trembling by just seeing the blood on her fur, painting the snow with red.

On the other side, the charcoal warrior walked further searching for any prey but he wasn’t being so lucky today. He started to get frustrated and when he was done waiting for any scent, he decided to go back to the river and just fish. However, when he was about to appear from the reeds, a strange scent caught his attention.
Blood...
The tom panicked even more when what he thought was confirmed by Tinytip’s cries. The tom ran to the place where his mate was being wounded by a Thunderclan cat and in that moment... the anger and fury consumed his heart and mind. With a battle yowl, the Riverclan warrior leapt toward the apprentice and slashed fiercely her face. His vision turned red when he looked at the cat who dared to laid a paw on his mate. ”You’re dead, Thunderclan scum...”

Batfang used Rear-up to Slash, dealing 11 damage and costing 15 stamina.

Robinpaw let out a yelp of surprise and pain when the charcoal RiverClan warrior slashed at her face. ”I’m not dead. You are, fish-face.” She spat an insult right back at him, reaching up to claw at his face and chest. Robinpaw began to panic. There was two against one! Oh well. She could win this! She tried to encourage herself, but doubt settled in the back of her mind.

Tinytip was looking at the Thunderclan apprentice who was ready to attack her more when a shadow flew over her head. Her amber eyes widened up when she saw that familiar silhouette between her and the she-cat. "Batfang..." She muttered, actually glad to see that he was going to save her. However, that hopeful thought soon disappeared when she heard his voice. Standing up, weakened, she stepped back slowly just to see how his green eyes were looking at the other she-cat: the look of someone willing to kill. That thought crossed her mind but she tried to deny it. No... Batfang would never do something like that. I know him. He is not like that... She repeated to herself as she tried to somehow end the battle but her legs failed because of the blood loss and she fell one more time to the ground.

OOC: That's why apprentices shouldn't fight warriors XD Be prepared for Batfang's rage >:)

The Riverclan cat's vision was covered with red seeing at the apprentice that wounded his mate. He barely felt her claws on his face and chest because of how the anger filled every part of his body. Being driven by his own madness, Batfang jumped toward the she-cat and he slashed his face with pure anger, pushing her down to one side. Weakened by his attacks, the charcoal tom stepped over hers with the look of a cat willing to kill on his eyes. "You will never harm Tinytip again..." He snarled, raising up one unsheathed paw, ready to cut her throat and kill her painfully. Batfang didn't straightly and the only thing that was on his mind was protecting the only cat that had ever love him. He couldn't stand the idea of losing her so he was willing to do anything to save... even kill.  

Batfang used Upright front paws on Robinpaw, dealing 11 damage and costing 20 stamina.

OCC: Sorry for the big delay :(

Robinpaw screeched in pain and anger. She staggered sideways, a ringing in her ears and blurriness in her vision. She was forced to the ground by the powerful RiverClan tom, and the last thing she remembered hearing was: You will never harm Tinytip again. She had no time to think about what it meant before she passed out, her blood staining the snow red as her eyes closed. And just like that, Robinpaw fainted from all the blood loss.

OOC: Robinpaw needs to stop picking fights with ppl bigger than her .-.

OOC: Indeed. But well, what do you prefer, Titanium? Wake up Robinpaw and then she just leaves or Tiny carrying her back to Thunderclan's side, unconscious?

The little she-cat couldn't stay quiet any longer. Using her last strengths, she pushed away her mate with a leap. The small warrior stood up between the apprentice and the warrior, looking at him terrified. "Stop it already, Batfang! She can't fight anymore and you don't have to wound her anymore! It's over." She spatted with a trembling but loud voice. Seeing the tom covered in the apprentice blood scared her... he seemed so different from the loving cat that was always there for her, supporting her. Why was he acting so mad?
