Hunting Practice [Semi-Open]

By the reeds in a sandbank, Ivystar waited for the apprentices that she's called upon to arrive. She looked well, though a little ruffled from the icy winds. Her short pelt kept her cool in Greenleaf, but unfortunately was a bit of a bane in Leafbare. She made do though, sticking herself between reeds to break up the breeze. Now if only her apprentices came, it would be fine.

Minnowpaw followed the scent trail that Ivystar left behind, her nose stuck to the ground in case she got distracted. It wasn't easy, the leader had taken weird paths and doubled back a few times. But eventually she came across the sand bank. "I'm here!"

Ravenpaw dashed out of camp, following Minnowpaw's scent trail as fast as she could. She cursed herself for being late, but remembering her last hunting patrol with Ivystar, she made as little sound as possible as she hurtled through the territory. If she was going to be late, at least she would be late quietly. Finally she reached the Sandbar where Ivystar and Minnowpaw were waiting. "Is anyone else coming or am I the last one?" she asked, nodding her head in greeting.

Spotpaw leaped onto the sandbar. "Guess you aren't last because I'm here now." He panted, catching his breath.
