"I'd watch what you say around my clan." Midnightpelt said,padding out from the forest behind Sunpaw. "We aren't the..nicest bunch."

"Oh Midnight, what are you talking about? We are the nicest Clan you could ever meet." He grinned.

"tiny?!kit?!Thats a great way to waste your life, you flea-bitten furballs! wanna lose an ear?! how bout an eye?! i will happily claw your face out!"
SunPaw curled her lips back and snarled angrily.

Tigerfrost laughed. "Think you could take two warriors and an apprentice?" she patted the young apprentice's head with her tail. "Stay with Leopardheart." she mewed.

"i would soon rather be eaten by a fox then surpass an oppertunity like this! and i will have you know,
i could frighten away an apprentice When i was a mere kit, and now as an apprentice, i could take care of you
-all three of you- my self!a thunderclan cat would never back down, even at the chance of death!"
Hissed the apprentice

"Brave words." Tigerfrost mewed. "But best to save them for when you have battle training to back them up."

"right then. see you in the real world...and when i do, i will rip you to shreds."
after SunPaw said this, she turned and disapeared through the bush she came through.

"Kits! What are you gonna do with 'em!"

"Your no more or less of a kit than her." Petalpaw said, coming out of a bush on the far side of the clearing.

"Actually, foxdung, I am an apprentice! I actually have a body of it, not the body of a kit!"

Sleepyyawn pounded the ground with a heavy RiverClan paw. "Well, since these apprentices think there all that, how about a little match?" Sleepyyawn suggested. "Sunpaw, Petalpaw, Bramblepaw, and any other apprentice who wants to join in." He looked to the cats. "What do you say? Besides, I think Moonsage would like to be congratulated rather then bothered."

"Sunpaw has already left!" she sneered. "There is no need for a competition to see that my apprentice is strongest."

"Well obviously your going to vote for your apprentice." Sleepyyawn looked to where Sunpaw disapeared. "Well, if she gets tired of sulking in the bushes and ruining a prefect chance to enhance her battle skills, thats her descision." He looked back to Bramblepaw. "Besides its up to you and Petalpaw."

"Your on." Petalpaw said unsheathing her long curved claws.

"actually, i heard every bit of it! im up for it. i bet i could beat that foxdung any day!"
