Rosepaw's Assessment

Littlebrook padded up to Rosepaw, who was much overdue for her assessment, to see if she was ready to go. "Hey Rosepaw. Your assessment's waiting." She meowed, smiling before flicking her ear. "I'll be waiting at the entrance." She told her before turning and making her way to sit at the entrance.

Rosepaw listened to littlebrook. She was so excited that it was her time for assesment. She walked after littlebrook to the entrance. "what do I do in the assesment?" she asked curiously.

OOC: it's fine

The deputy smiled when the she-cat approached her with a commonly asked question. "I'll explain everything I need you to do once we get to where we're going." She laughed softly, her eyes glinting in amusement. It was so long ago from when she had stood in Rosepaw's place, but she could still remember the nervousness and excitement she had felt on the day. "Alright, let's go."

The walked through the pine trees as dusk was just falling until they reached a small clearing where she stopped. "Okay, now I'll explain." She teased with a friendly smile. "What I need for you to do is catch three pieces of prey. One lizard and two others of your choosing. I'll give you until Moonhigh, which should be plenty of time, and then I'll see you back here." She informed as her gaze traveled to the darkening sky. "You may begin."

Rosepaw followed her to the spot. one lizard and two other prey. She thought "ok I'll be back." she said then ran off to find some prey. She caught the scent of mouse and smiled. She followed the scent then stalked the little creature. When she was close enough she pounced and killed it. She buried dirt over it then kept going. The next scent she caught was a lizard. She followed the scent until she saw the creature then got in the hunting crouch. When the lizard was close enough she pounced and killed it. She buried this prey also. i have one more prey what should it be? she asked herself then caught the scent of frog. She smiled at her luck then crept towards it. When she was close enough she pounced and killed it before it jumped away. She went back to her lizard, unburied it, then went to get the mouse. When she got to the mouse she put all her prey down. where is he? she thought looking around for littlebrook. "I finished." she said to the air.
