Robinkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, ready for another ceremony “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Robinkit sprinted from the nursery, almost losing control of her paws as she barrelled away, a mess of fur and paws and tail. As soon as she got to the Highrock, she sat down immediately, tail twitching in excitement as she turned her eyes to her leader.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on "Robinkit, please, step forward”.

Leafstorm purred from the crowd as another of his grandchildren (the fact that he was indeed a grandfather still shocked him) was called forward to become an apprentice. This time, it was young Robinkit. A playful, energetic she-cat who was so much like his youngest brother, who Robinkit was named after. It was almost like watching his brother get his apprentice ceremony, something he had waited for eagerly but had never experienced.

Robinkit stepped forward, keeping her bright green gaze on the leader. She could barely contain her excitement, although she tried her hardest to look as dignified as a full grown warrior. This proved impossible as she stumbled a little when she moved forwards, and a glimmer of excitement was easily visible in her eyes.

(Ink isn't feeling well, so I'm taking over ceremonies for a while; pretend Leopardclaw was there the whole time C:)

Leopardclaw smiled as he watched the excited young kit step forward, before beginning the ceremony.  “Robinkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to become an apprentice. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Robinpaw.  Your mentor will be Shrewheart."  The deputy gazed down at the dark-pelted warrior as he continued.  "Though young, he is a brave and loyal warrior, and I hope he passes down all he knows on to you”

The newly named Robinpaw flicked her tail, dipping her head in respect, before turning her vivid green gaze to her new mentor. Robinpaw gave a small twitch of her tail, a sign of respect and contentment, before walking towards her siblings.

Shreheart had naturally came into the clearing at the call, expecting some kit to be made an apprentice. And he seemed to be right. He was rather surprised when Leopardclaw called his name, but not at all nervous. It seemed practical that he would be given an apprentice because he was now a warrior. He stepped forward and touched noses with Robinpaw.
"Ready to start training? We start tomorrow. Please don't be stupid."

Robinpaw nodded at her new mentor. "I won't be stupid." she promised Shrewheart, a glimmer of excitement in her eyes. She was ready to train! Robinpaw imagined herself as the greatest warrior ThunderClan has ever know, but she knew she was a long way off. Robinpaw looked forward greatly to training with Shrewheart.
