Not all dainty (Closed for Yosh)

Specklefang padded along the thunderpath, the black slush from the path coating her paws with its blackened stench. The abnormally large warrior had left camp to get some air, the road to recovery was a harsh one and a suffocating one at that, having to sit in camp all day and do nothing useful. But it had felt nice, once she got past her mental worries it was nice and relaxing. But it would not last, as she recovered much more swiftly from that nasty badger swipe (though not fully still, there was something going on with her head given the constant pains.) than her broken tail. It still did not hurt, but it still could not move properly either.

Specklefang looked longingly over the Shadowclan border, searching for Waspstep once more, news of his death still had not reached her but yet she grew ever more concerned. If he died and she never knew, she wouldn't know what to do, she couldn't lose two fathers so close together. Specklefang scratched her paw pads against the border, leaving her scent through the sweat glands in her paws, her tail brushing aside to spray a couple more scent markers before moving on.

Specklefang's ears perked as a rustling sound broke her attention, turning to look into the Shadowclan border once more she searched for a clan-cat, her heart pounding as she hoped to see Waspstep. Monsters rolled by, sending slush and grit towards the she-cat, yet she did not flinch, too uncaring and too attentive for her to be distracted from the border. Once the monsters died down she raised her own booming voice, "Who's there?"

Unfortunately for Specklefang, the cat to leap out from the other side of the undergrowth wasn't brown, but black, and much smaller.

Scorchpaw was racing after a squirrel that had crossed over into ShadowClan territory, and he didn't stop in consideration of crossing over the border into ThunderClan territory right in front of Specklefang. He pounced at it just as it was about to crawl up a tree and landed squarely on its back, sinking his claws into the flesh and yanking it off the trunk. It died upon impact on the ground where the apprentice landed on it.

"More prey for ShadowClan!" he yowled in victory.

"More prey for Thunderclan, more like. It is an impressive squirrel, so I'll be taking that thank you." Specklefang spat, effortlessly throwing Scorchpaw off the squirrel and pawing it towards herself. "Now get off my territory!" Specklefang roared, her fur bristling, her heavily scarred shoulders rolling as she glowered down at the apprentice. Specklefang absolutely dwarfed the apprentice, her paws just about the size of his muzzle. Specklefang's claws unsheathed as she sized the tom up.

Scorchpaw's orange eyes widened as he stared at her. But they weren't filled with fear, but with outrage. How dare this she-cat steal his prey! He fluffed up his bushy fur and hissed viciously at her, his claws drawing out. "Hey! I caught that squirrel, and it was on ShadowClan's side first, so it's ours!" he spat. "Now get your filthy paws off my squirrel, you dung faced she-cat!"

"Are you blind? It's now on my territory, it was killed on my territory." Specklefang spat, kicking dirt over the squirrel protectively. Rising onto her back paws with a wobbly step, she slammed her paws in quick succession down the apprentice's face, her teeth bared. Specklefang was relentless as she pushed him towards the Thunderpath, no mercy would be given if this tom was so arrogant as to not know when he was in a losing battle.

Specklefang used upright front paws, dealing 13 Damage and 20 Stamina.

Scorchpaw yowled in pain and fury as he was pummeled. However, as any normal apprentice would choose to flee, he was too prideful to give up so easily. Impatiently shaking blood out of his face where his muzzle began to bleed, he leaped behind her and gnashed his teeth into her broken tail, tearing up on his hind legs and yanking so hard he was actually able to unbalance the massive warrior.

Scorchpaw used Tail Yank, dealing 2 damage and costing 10 HP. Specklefang is stunned for one turn.

Scorchpaw spat furiously as he then thwacked Specklefang's muzzle with his clawed paw.

Specklefang gasped as her tail was yanked, her back alighting in flames that sparked and cracked down to her toes. Stumbling onto her side the she-cat lost all feeling in everything for a moment, for another moment before recovering just as claws raked across her muzzle. Undeniably furious the she-cat grasped the apprentice's leg and flipped him onto his back, she was on him in an instant, her front paws pinning the toms shoulders down as her back legs mercilessly ripped into his soft belly.

Once satisfied with the damage, the large she-cat stepped off, her fur bristling as she hissed. "NOW GET OUT!" Specklefang roared, giving the apprentice a warning swipe to send the tom running.

Specklefang used Belly Rake, Costing 12 Damage and 10 Stamina, Scorchpaw is KO'd

For a split second when he was pinned, Scorchpaw's eyes flashed with fear as he stared up at the powerful ThunderClan warrior. He howled in agony and writhed underneath her, feeling the warm release of blood from her claws as he was practically torn open.

He yelped weakly at the final swipe to his muzzle, and he stumbled to his paws before quickly limping back across the Thunderpath into his own territory. He glared hatefully at Specklefang for several heartbeats before disappearing into the trees.
