The daisy and the fox

Daisypaw woke with a start. She had a nightmare and couldn't not beleive if she was in the real world or another dream. She got up making sure she didn't wake foxpaw then left the apprentice den. She was to tired to do anything and to scared to sleep so she just went to the center of the camp. She sat down and groomed herself waiting for one of her friends to come and play. She kept thinking of that awful dream. She was only a kit in it and she was sneaking out of camp. In the dream she didn't know that foxkit(foxpaw) was following her until it was to late. She was going to the river to see her dad and then foxkit slipped and fell in the water. She had to watch as he was swept away in the current to scared to help him. She had to go back to camp and tell her friend that her brother died and that's when she woke up. She didn't know how she would live if foxpaw died before she could tell him her feelings.

Foxpaw lifted his head as he thought he heard something. He padded out of the den to see Daisypaw. "Oh hey, Daisypaw. Why are you awake so early?" he asked, sitting down to her. He grinned for a brief moment. He had been wanting to hang out with his crus- Daisypaw for awhile.

Daisypaw looked up to see foxpaw come towards her and her heart leaped. When he got to her she listened to what he said then responded. "i had a nightmare so I came out here to calm myself down." she told him.

Crowkit woke up early. He didnt think anyone would be up this early so he stod up and started to walk over to the apprentice den. He saw Daisypaw and Foxpaw in the middle of camp. "Hi guys" he said as he contiued over to the apprintice den. He went over to Spottedpaw and wispered in her air "Wake up Im bored".

Spottedpaw stirred in her sleep hearing a voice. She opened her eyes and noticed it was crowkit and she purred. She got to her feet and stretched making sure she didn't hit any other apprentices. She walked out of the apprentice den and saw Daisypaw and foxpaw so she went to them. "yawn morning guys." she said sleepily. She sat down and waited for crowkit to sit by her.


Daisypaw looked up when she saw crowkit passed and chuckled. She noticed that he was going to get spottedpaw. When she came out Daisypaw noticed that she was tired but also peaceful like she had a good dream and not a bad one like she did. "morning spottedpaw morning crowkit." she said.

OOC: ivy this is where crowkit and foxpaw become friends since he likes your sister and she likes him.

Crowkit sat down by Spottedpaws side and looked at them "So your Foxpaw? Spottedpaws brother?" Crowkit said.

Foxpaw nodded to the younger tom. "that's me! And your Crowkit, right?"

"Yup but Im soon gonna be a apprentice" Crowkit said proudly and smiled.

Spottedpaw purred as she heard the kits news she couldn't wait till he was apprentice then they could hunt with each other. "hey brother is Daisypaw alright she looks shaken up did you do something wrong?" she interrogated him.

Daisypaw looked up to hear her name and looked down at her fur. She noticed it was all scared again so she leaned closer to foxpaw to feel calmer. She listened to them to scared to talk cause if she talked they could tell she was scared and the only one who knew why was foxpaw. She wished she told him her dream before her friends came.

Crowkit looked at Daisypaw and tilts hes head "Yeah everything alright?".

He shrugged. "We went hunting together, and we got ambushed by a fox. We got help though, and we drove it off," he replied. "None of us really got hurt, except Specklefang took a blow, and Daisypaw hurt her paw. But they weren't too bad."

Spottedpaw looked at Daisypaw. It looked like it wasn't from what foxpaw was talking about. She kept looking at Daisypaw until her friend noticed.

Daisypaw smiled when he didn't say she had a nightmare. She caught spottedpaws stare and decided to tell the truth. So she explained her dream. When she was done her fur was shaking again.

He wasn't sure if Daisypaw wanted to share her dream, so he mentioned the fox instead. Obviously she'd be fine with it! Spottedpaw is her best friend! He glared, but only at himself.
He made a straight face again. "Uh, yeah, that. Sorry, I uh, wasn't sure you wanted to mention your dream, but obviously you would to Spottedpaw. I'm stupid."
