Hey. (Closed for Grey)

Leafstorm padded through the woods, his tufted ears constantly swiveling for any sign of remaining prey. Although most trees had lost their golden and orange leaves, the few remaining ones quivered dangerously as a soft breeze blew through them. Leafstorm loved this weather- cloudy, but not yet rainy, with the forest filled with blushing hues of red and brown. Sunpaw would've loved it too, he was sure of it. His sister always used to stop during patrols to point out something unusual: 'Leafpaw, look at those lovely flowers!' or 'Leafpaw, look! That bird's chest is such a pretty color!'
That was probably why she left- to explore a little. She would come back, he knew it. He just had to be patient. Sunpaw probably needed a break from all the hustle and bustle of camp, especially after being stuck in that cave for so long.

So this was how it was huh? She had to lie to the cats she cared about, didn't she? First about Sunpaw to Leafstorm, then how she disposed of her father's body and what happened to her parents to the whole clan. Specklefang took in a breath and sighed, looking at the back of her mates head, did she really have to do this? Leafstorm could just believe that his sister was off traveling forever, couldn't he? Pressing her maw together she stepped over hesitantly, her paws stumbling as she made her way over. "Leafstorm..." Her tone was solemn, and she hated it.

Leafstorm tilted his head, turning back cheerfully to Specklefang. "Do you know when Sunpaw's coming back? I think she'd really like the forest in Leaf-Fall. She always liked bright colors." He mewed brightly. He figured Specklefang knew the most about Sunpaw's whereabouts, she had been the one to bring the news back to him that she had left to go explore for a while.
Leafstorm shivered slightly as a bitter cold breeze blew through the forest, rattling the empty tree branches and running right through his usually-competent coat. What on earth was wrong with his fur today?
