Boarkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, ready for another ceremony “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Boarkit emerged from the nursery. He was already much larger than the smallest of the apprentices, both him and his band of siblings. He fur tingled with pride as he found himself the closest to being apprenticed first. He wanted to luaghed in the face of the eldest Sharpkit or largest Ravenkit as he was going to get to boss them around soon enough. The tomkit licked his shoulder proudly and tilted his chin to look at Blizzardstar.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on "Boarkit, please, step forward”.

Boarkit bounded forward, keeping his walk steady and his gaze focused.

I hope she passes down all she knows on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.

Boarpaw's eyes shone with delight as he padded to his mother and touched noses with her. He expected only the roughest of training from her, and that was what he wanted. His muscles, still untrained, longed for runs in the forest and battle training. "Can we go out hunting right now?" his murmured in her ear, smiling mischeviously.
