Cloverkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Brindlewhisker leapt up onto the Tallrock with ease, ignoring the way that the heated surface of the stone burned her paws slightly. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather underneath the Tallrock for a Clan meeting!" She yowled loudly, settling herself comfortably upon the warm stone.

Cloverkit poked his head out from the nursery afraid to go too far. He didn't want to get yelled at again from his parents. But he loved watching the ceremonies he always dreamed he would be the one to make it to a warrior. He would protect his siblings from their horrible parents. They had Stoneheart though thankfully, he tries to protect them the best he could but he has his warrior duties to attend to after all... He rubbed his cheek where he was struck by his mother that thankfully has healed quite alright to the point nobody could see it now but it still ached.

Brindlewhisker found herself searching for Cloverkit, but when she found the young tom peeking from the nursery,  she gave the kit an encouraging nod. The look in his eyes made her heart soften even further. "Cloverkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Cloverpaw. Your mentor will be Wildheart. I hope he will pass down all he knows on to you."

The newly named Cloverpaw couldn't believe what he was hearing. Its finally his time! Now he will protect his siblings the best he can! He bolted from the nursery to in front of Tallrock his tail flicked to and fro with excitement. A bright smile on his face as he looked around for his mentor, Wildheart. He will become the best warrior in all the clans to make sure no cat is ever hurt the same way he has been.
